  1. The simple answer is. Details will follow.
  2. Was able to get a little more done. Still need to do the tiny stuff and finish off the windows. Just noticed because the body is not attached to the chassis yet the stance is not correct and the gap between the body and chassis will be fixed.
  3. The cobwebs were included at no extra cost.
  4. Just bought a 1928 Stutz Black Hawk from the Danbury Mint in 1/24 scale. I already had one that I had converted to the 1928 Le Mans entry #1 but it was missing a few parts and thought this cheap model would supply what I was missing. Now that I see it I have decided just to leave it as a barn find model.
  5. Now that is a good looking model Peugeot. Motormax has been doing some interesting things lately.
  6. Nicely done Rex and thanks for posting the pictures. I literally had the one I am working on in my hand when your posting came in.
  7. You gotta love a Dayton.?
  8. This is Annie. She will be 3 in April. Here she wants to know where her dinner is.
  9. Nice collection there. The Nomad is my favorite.
  10. Very impressive build and I am glad you posted your photos.
  11. Back to the Lola. After 3 failed attempts to lay down a straight racing stripe with some decal paper and failing t was time to break out my old Badger 100, some tape and go for it. Should have done this in the first place. Duh!!!
  12. Glad to see this brought back up again.
  13. I have 2 J Cars in the pipeline. A 1/25 MPC (formerly clear body) and a modified 1/24 Strombecker slot body. Thanks for posting some inspiration.
  14. Oh those are super and the detail appears to be pretty special.
  15. So you two have hooked up. Something in common other than my basement. ?
  16. Might be the first Hot Wheels I ever bought for myself.
  17. If you are going to use the old decals I have found the hard way that it is best to spray them with a fixative or copy them onto new plain white decal paper. Looking forward to your progress.
  18. Thank you kind sir for the review and photos. Very much appreciated. If I got one I would probably go for a stock look and if I went that far I might as well settle for a Danbury Mint '68. Until I saw the prices they are going for!
  19. Posted in September in Big Rigs Under Glass.
  20. If you are asking about the transporter mine is the 3 axle:
  21. I am very impressed with what you accomplished. You must have a boatload of patience to see it through to completion. Watching paint dry is not one of my strong points.
  22. Reference the Bartoletti transporters of this style, the ones I am familiar with are the Ferrari, Maserati, and Scarab (Lotus, Shelby, Mann, Piper, JCB, Mirage, Shoen, and Orosco) The Lola carried its spare tire up front like the GT40 MK1.
  23. You can note that the Bartoletti still has the single rear axle in 1961 when Lotus used it but by 1964 when Shelby and Mann started using it, it had gained a third axle.
