  1. A beautiful Model of an Iconic racer. Thank you for the photos.
  2. I have used Pattos decals over the years and they have improved and have an amazing selection.
  3. Glad you could join us, welcome.
  4. Excellent models and web site. I am glad you have joined us and our adventures in modeling.
  5. Thank you, Howard, for posting your photos. Very welcome to see them.
  6. Very well done. Thanks for sharing.
  7. Thanks for posting Rex. I like the looks of the GT Enduro and the McLaren. My question is how did air get to the radiator?
  8. Bravo Pierre on he the pair of racers. You captured the period perfectly as I remember them from the '60s when I went to the races. I am also starting to envy the freedom you took to do it your way.
  9. I thought it was just me who was getting a distorted view due to a lousy head cold I have been fighting. Jim has done a super job with the model so I knew it could not be him. Now that i see the comparisons I think the hood appears too short and as said above, swiping the exhaust pipes to the rear would make a difference and are worth a try. Now where did I put those tissues, hack, hack, sneeze, sneeze, even the dog is keeping her distance.
  10. Very well done indeed. Thank you for sharing.
  11. As I was storming out of Lowes today, storming because they will be glad to sell you a refrigerator but will not sell you a water filter replacement. So I almost ran into a rack of diecasts and one diecast stood out to me because it was bigger than the rest. This Jeep US Postal Service delivery vehicle is a Kinsmart 1/26th scale diecast. Being a Jeep guy, I had to have it. Tom Geiger might have posted this already. Living in the greater Washington DC area I just wanted to let you know those are not meant to be bullet holes in the background.
  12. We saw a Rolls Royce Cullinan SUV parked outside the gym 2 days ago. Went back to take a picture but it was gone darn it.
  13. Really nice carvings as we have come to expect from you. The fingers really give a better understanding of the scale too.
  14. Good looking Ford especially after you got done with your added detail.
  15. Very well-done Ray. It is certainly welcome to see one built up.
  16. Really nice my friend. The added details make it special. Thanks for posting the photos.
  17. Another impressive build from your bench Rich. Certainly a seldom seen kit by Otaki (see, somebody reads the tags ?). The latches are incredible and color and finish is spot on. I am disappointed you did not use 3D printed leaves though.?
  18. 1988 was the 35th anniversary of Corvette production , so a coupe only 35th Special Edition Package (RPO Z01; $4,795.00) was available. White was the theme, in observance of the 1953 Corvettes, all of which had white exteriors. Included were white wheels along with white door handles and side strip.
  19. I got lucky and was the only bidder on this 1988 Corvette 35th Anniversary Special Editon from Franklin Mint. I do have a special attraction to all white Corvettes so this fit the bill.
  20. Impressive Lambo indeed. Thanks for sharing it with us.
  21. It would have been an international crime Dave if you had not posted pictures of your Chaparrals. What a great collection. Thank you for sharing.
  22. That is one amazing collection you captured there John. Hope someone can identify the builder for us as you requested.
  23. Thanks for sharing the photo and the link to your amazing Fotki resource.
  24. I copied this photo from Ron Savoie as a tribute to him. He passed away last year.
  25. Please share with us the ones you have restored or not.
