I am not feeling all that great after seeing the requiem. My first purchase from Auto World was a Strombecker Scarab.

Scott Kercher took Paul's Cunningham a few steps further. -
Nice save. I still have the custom parts but have never seen a built up. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing your MGA. It looks really great with your changes.

Oops, I missed these last week. I have always thought the Countach was the most aggressive Supercar of the '80s and these IXO models sure do it justice.
-
Looks good Bill. I like how you treated the window trim for a more finished look.

The mail cometh! A Danbury Mint 1949 Jaguar XK 120 and a BBurago Ferrari Roma. The Jag is an early DM release and was made in Korea. The 2020 Roma is a recent BBurago release with different packaging and a plastic pry tool to get the doors, trunk lid, and hood open.

Congratulations on your IPMS placing Rex. I agree with you that the kit was ahead of its time.

OK I am thoroughly impressed Rex. Thank you for sharing them with us.

I could be tempted. Noticed the instructions show headers for a big block but everything else shows a 327 and fortunately a stock hood that needs to be cut out for the blower.

Super build and the weathering looks spot on. Thanks for sharing this one. -
The smaller tires on the right are Goodyears and say Stock Car Specials. The other caps are blank. I regret not providing that information in the original photo.

Yesterday I received the 1970 Alfa Romeo Montreal. It is a Centenary Special Edition and is labeled both Hachette and Leo Models. It took a couple of weeks to ship from Italy but was well worth the wait as I am very pleased with it. A unique feature of the model is the opening rear hatch.

The el Camino is really sweet.

If and when you build the new release of the AMT Cobra, please, please, pull the rear wheels back under the fender as in the original kit.
-
Ok, I am impressed. The scale is hard to imagine.
-
Oh that does look nice indeed.

I am impressed with your build. Having once owned a 1:1 1966 I can appreciate all that you have done. The one thing that has caught my eye is your use of fixtures which in this scale must be a real asset.

That is a good looking Escort. Is there any problem getting Rothmans decals these days?
