  1. Oh yes, that Buick Roadmaster really looks nice and seems to still have the hood ornament and radio antenna.
  2. Very nicely done. Yup, P1015 was blue alright at Daytona.
  3. Well done indeed.
  4. I'll have the crew warm up the jet and file a flight plan for your major city, be there in about 2.5 hours.
  5. Looking forward to seeing more.
  6. Thank you for sharing this model. I was not aware of it before.
  7. Your "B" looks really good. We had one and it was my wife's favorite car.
  8. I could be wrong but judging by the fender vents and side roof vents and lack of rear window divider this looks like a 1964 couple. Not many of those around.
  9. One of my all time favorite designs and you did it justice.
  10. Earlier I had posted photos of the Welly Lamborghini Miura, well now I have found a Leo Models P400 Miura. Phots show a comparison of the cheaper $9.97 Welly to $60 Leo model on Italian eBay. The biggest difference is the opening rear deck showing the engine, then there is the larger grill and larger and better detailed wheels. I am glad to have them both now.
  11. Really excellent model and photos.
  12. I like it a lot and will be following.
  13. I just checked my Road Legends Nomad thinking they might be the same and they are not. Your Crown Premiums is much better and includes the opening tail gate.
  14. That is a winner!
  15. I am loving it. I have the Welly diecast and now I am tempted to weather it a bit. Thanks for sharing yours.
  16. I went back to Walmart yesterday after thinking about the Motor Max Corvettes. I am a sucker for white Corvettes so picked up the 1959 for $9.97. Upon inspection at home I see the headlamps are too small and need replacement as do the taillights. I am not a big fan of the mags but I found since it is 1/24 scale a set of 1/25 AMT hubcaps will slide right into the existing rims. Much better IMHO. ? Certainly not Mint quality but the price and color are saving graces for me.
  17. Nice Mustang there Rex. Who made the model?
  18. Excellent displays Rex. Must have been quite a chore but fun too getting re-aquatinted with all of them.
  19. Super nice and clean build.
  20. The Franklin Mint Le Sabre looks pretty good from this angle. Certainly a good find.
  21. This Franklin Mint Mustang Boss 302 arrived yesterday afternoon and I am impressed with it. It does have working springs on the front end which makes it look like it is launching from the starting line but that is my only complaint. I am not an authority on Mustangs like a certain board member who fled to Miami so I lined up these '69 and '70 302s for comparison. Left to right: M2 Castline - Maisto - Ertl - Franklin Mint
  22. Very well done indeed. The Group C subjects are super subjects for modeling.
