  1. The front bench seat is a home made resin copy of the rear seat. I added a piece of styrene for the seat back and some styrene supports underneath.
  2. I built this a long time ago when it first came out. Be sure to test fit the engine to hood clearance. I could not get the air cleaner to fit. It might have just been me. IDK if they fixed the issue or not on later versions.
  3. It's not for the faint of heart. Just about every piece needed to be modified in some way to make it fit. MPC = more problems coming!
  4. Nicely done! I like the roadster with trailer.
  5. Sweet! What is the first one? Lincoln?
  6. Four superb builds! You obviously focus on quality before quantity.
  7. That's a model of the car I took driver's ed in. Not Christine lol! It was a '75 Coronet.
  8. Incredible! It looks like you could jump in and burn some rubber!
  9. Beautiful stuff!
  10. It seems that retirement has been good for me. I didn't realize that I had completed twice my normal output for the year! I actually completed 10: my completed Glitter Bug is not shown here because it's on display at our club meeting place.
  11. Nice. I really like the weathered GMC and the diorama.
  12. Nice looking builds!
  13. Nice looking builds. The lawnmower diorama is very cool!
  14. Beautiful builds there. The Stude is stunning!
  15. Seems that the theme this year was land yachts! Nice collection!
  16. Interior door trim that no one will ever see has been filled with sprue glue...
  17. I finally got some color on the body. I used acrylic craft paint thinned with Createx thinner. It took about 5 light coats before I didn't see any more color change. Now I'll wait a few days for it to cure before clear coating. My intention is to use Duplicolor 1k clear, but as always I'll try it first on a spoon. As a backup plan, I can use Model Master clear enamel, but would need to airbrush it.

  19. Nice start. I'll be following this one. I did the same on the Revell kit a few years ago and it came out OK. Notice that the kit comes with a chopped down piece of glass for the windshield, and no frame. I made the windshield frame out of styrene, and it took me many attempts to get it reasonably correct. In retrospect I wish I had attempted to make it out of sheet brass.
  20. Forgot the photo!
  21. I just 3d printed these valve covers for a current project and decided not to use them. I could 3d print them with fins only as well. The air cleaner is a resin clone.
  22. I've got a Ramchargers kit. You only need the body? No glass or chrome?
  23. Likewise. Thankfully for trading!
  24. Thanks to you too!
