  1. Just needs to be out in front of the cafe he crashed in front of. I like it a lot!
  2. Retribution is sweet, it looks great!
  3. Agreed. Where's Faust? He needs to see this.
  4. Dodge did it too. For the vans at least. My uncle had a 1980 Dodge van conversion. Custom interior and paint, but dog dish caps and round headlights. Guess he didn't want to pay for custom wheels.
  5. So what's with the wire wheels and BFG Radial TAs? Not prototypical of a 50s hot rod. Probably has digital Bluetooth with 16" subs and tweed upholstery. What a tacky piece o'.... Typical Barris.
  6. I remember some of these builds in the scale mags of the 80s. So sad.
  7. I thought it was because you were into drag racing. ??
  8. Other than the decals, what's the difference between 78 and 79?
  9. True, but by the sound of explosions around my neighborhood, July 4th is celebrated all week!
  10. I guess Can-Con just answered my question. ?
  11. Chrome reverse steelies would be perfect for a sixties vibe.
  12. Looks like you've got it apart reasonably intact. Are details too obliterated? Is that 1/20 scale?
  13. Post an ad in the wanted section and see if anyone here might have a set.
  14. If that was the case, then this company should never promise shipping in 2 days. False advertising and very bad business.
  15. Since it's already July, I would surely hope so! ? Don't you see it? Round 2 already has another reissue planned in the future. At that time it can include nothing more than Coke logos and these graphics on the decal sheet. That way they can get us to buy another round of kits. BRILLIANT IDEA!!
  16. So far, all they're posting are rendered artwork, no finished pieces. At 1/18 scale and limited to only 500 copies. That's going to limit their market to the diecast collectors, many of whom don't build. Interesting subject matter, but they might want to open their scale versions to more common builder sizes. 1/43, 1/35, 1/32, 1/25&24, 1/20, 1/16, 1/12 and 1/8. Just my opinion.
  17. I think the glass fits ok, but the roof does appear to have a slight slope in the front. Not sure how to fix that and still get the glass to fit. Look at the box to see the taper.
  18. This Bronco is a great kit and a very welcome return, regardless of whether or not the decals turn your crank. Besides, probably a lot of folks wouldn't use the decals no matter which one's were included.
  19. I like that it says "Cowl Induction", but there's no flap door on top for it.
  20. I'd like to see the decal sheet, as Chad's quick glimpse of the bottom of the box looks like it won't have the "Free Wheelin'" decals we thought it would have. Looks like it may be these.
  21. The T Bird roof makes sense, since the they were built on the same assembly line back then. I may have to steal your idea to convert one of mine.
  22. Great job on a forgotten Ford. Makes me want to reconsider working on mine. I've also got a glue bomb that I was considering converting into a Back to the Future II car.
