    Micheal's isn't really great at keeping what they have in the stores with their owebsite. They never update their on-line model kit selection. Kind of have to hit the stores to see what they have.

    I just saw a Yellow Jacket kit go for $150 on Ebay.

    Yes Mike. 3 ugh. They are soaking Carl but not much is letting loose. New purple pond also, 2 were fine until I clear coated. The Caddy. I think it might be lacquer paint. It’s weird. One was primed, painted. Looked fine. Sprayed the clear coat and it crinkled right up. But only in certain areas. Live a learn.

    You have to check each kit carefully now because it seems that people are opening kits and taking stuff out. That has happened to me twice. They were smart because they would cut the wrapper so it looked sealed. Only by looking at the bottom could you tell it was opened.

    Screwed up paint on a caddy, comet and gremlin. Not a good day.

    They might have some in black Carl. But the ones I looked at in Micheals are all blue.

    Thank you all. Now onto the other painting disasters. LOL.

    This was the first Mustang I tried in recreating a friend’s Shelby. Didn’t think it was salvageable because of the paint screw up. Along with this screw up a Gremlin, 1964 Comet, and the 1959 Caddy convertible are all into the purple pond. Oddly paint isn’t coming off any of those. The caddy’s been in there for over a week. Anyhow. I was able to save this and this is the final outcome.
