3 kits, scratch build parts and a lot of cutting mostly in 1/24th. Paint I'm thinking 2 tone red and white and I have alot of mom and pop aftermarket decals

Started this one awhile back and now its time to finish. Cut the frame and added 3/4 inch to extend wheel base for Flintstone resin rear body. Crafted a floor and mounts but it needs to be ground down from the inside ,its a heavy box. It its up on wheels it lifts the front up. Once thats done need to decide what the the back will be, food truck ,tarp top etc.

With a background in household / office&industrial moving we were one of 3 companies awarded the installation of Redbox in 48 states along with coinstar machines. I'm having a blast looking at all the fantastic builds and work in progress. I found a few kits I started and will start work on them this week when I can get to the last hobby shop in my area that still in business.

Getting back to building for about the 3rd time over 6 years is alot of work. 1st] move all my kits from basement to second floor ,even selling 350 kits over that span left me with more than twice that to move. 2nd] get my Fotki account back to premium 3rd] go through paints and building materials to find out its mostly bad. 4th] re set this forum password so I can post, and try to look at all the cool stuff thats been done. 5th] up date the laptop [been using the phone instead of the laptop] and update Fotki with kit pictures which I still need to take. 6th] Try to complete some of the builds I started a few years back. The company I work for was sold and new owner gave us 20 plus year over the road drivers the option to drive local and I jumped on it . It started the first of the year and I'm home every day , so maybe its for real this time. I sure missed alot over that span and Model Cars forum has changed but I'm getting the hang of it. Now I need to remember how to build.

Tried the large cardboard box method, gave each box a number and made a file what was in each numbered box. For me it took more space to stack and store large boxes than stack the kits 15 high on all 4 walls then put long wire shelf above that and go 6 more kits. Keep the stronger sealed kits on the bottom and weaker boxes near the top. Higher dollar kits on the wire shelf. Closet gets big box kits. With all kids married and out of the house Im lucky to have extra room to put my feet up and look at all the kits they will give away one day.

I thought I read someplace weeks ago that Penske bought or was thinking about purchasing Saturn -
Not to worry , I have this great hiding spot with alot of room...I figure if I made a few coast to coast trips I can collect and store everyones kits..by 2020 if all works out well your kits will be safe and worth more...but my mind will be shot....we'll start with pre-barcoded kits first..
