  1. So Dave you still use Future? I have a very old bottle (and I do mean old) and it is still clear like new. I know I sprayed it on a model a couple years ago (and it was very old even then). I do still use it with brush occasionally on parts and over small decals.
  2. So Dave, ya still use Future? I have a very old bottle. It stll looks clear (no yellowing).
  3. Huh!!! Just realized I lost the gas cap for my '66 Mustang ?
  4. I stand corrected, my "screw-up" for the day?
  5. If I remember, Daves concoction doesn't work well with the Ceramcoat.
  6. Very nice work on that one Scott?
  7. Sorry didn't comment sooner, Very nice looking Camaro, good job Jay!!
  8. Great looking Firebird Tony?
  9. No screw-ups today?? You guy's are good LOL???
  10. In choosing craft paint, my preference is Anita's. Funny, with Rustoleum purchasing Testors (I think thats how it went down) and now apparently discontinuing our beloved Model Master paint, they make the Anita's craft paint. Did Dave get back to you about his perfect homebrew?
  11. Will do Robert, maybe tomorrow. Rain all day today in my part of Tennessee. I have to pull the "garage queen" out the garage to paint.?
  12. It would be interesting to see an actual comparison.
  13. Thought the same thing Robert. Pop in fridge about 10 min. Gonna be few days tho before I can try it.
  14. Looks great Ron?
  15. Well the Rust is rattlecan so can't adjust air pressure. I sprayed a light coat but it looks grainy so in my impatience I just go overboard to get a deep looking shine. I know, PRACTICE?
  16. As a few on here may have read I am a Rustoleum Clear Acrylic Lacquer (rattle-can) over craftpaint advocate. But, with my recent screw-up with sagging due to extreme thinness of this product, especially when the temp is a bit warmer, I'm wanting to maybe try air-brushing acrylic clear. Of course I know about (and have used) Future. Any other products I can consider?? Thanks for looking,
  17. Nice job on that one John. I remember my uncle had a 2-door hardtop same color scheme. Looks great?
  18. Beautiful job "Beamerman". Mods are perfect!!
  19. This falls under the incredible catagory. Watched it on the big screen TV.
  20. Good point Thomas, for something you need usually right away they can be a pain to unwrap!!
  21. If I missed it, I wonder when the pictures were taken and what is the current status of that stack. Oh those poor '57's.
  22. Yep, those darn blades will do some damage, I recently cut my thumb with a sharp knife (but not modelling). I thought the bleeding would never stop?
