I'm thinking that by adding a pair of "flying buttress" sail panels from the rear roof pillar, down to the rear corner like most non spaceship exotics, would help. Would look more like a Ferrari, and less like a Fiat X19.

Awesome boat!

I tend to use 5 minute epoxy, applied with a toothpick. In the bucket, not the edge of the lens. Also, the best way to handle the lens, is with the corner of a Post-It note. Just be sure to have the pattern on the lens visible. Lines should be horizontal- vertical.

Z-man wheels contact
Jon Cole replied to Modlbldr's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Look up Steve Zimmerman on Facebook. His ordering info is on there. Look in his photo album, file titled "Wheels" . Just FYI, Z just got out of the hospital a few days ago, and still not back to 100%. So no bench time for now. All in due time, however. -
No scales listed. Hopefully a rookie mistake.

Finally found this at a Hobby Lobby. Probably only the third kit I have bought this year. And that post Christmas 40% off is back.

Also have been told, resin dust is not good to breath in, so wear a dust mask. -
Try searching for any helpful info in the "How To Use This Board" file.

I think this may be originally a Johan tool, tho Hasegawa has had it in their lineup before. Only containing 41 parts, there's no much to it.

After an unsettling five week wait, my '66 Cadillac kit finally arrived from Japan. These make such cool sleds! And it won't be yellow when I'm done.

Hobby Link Japan - good to deal with?
Jon Cole replied to 58 Impala's topic in Links to Aftermarket Suppliers
So I placed my first order w/ HLJ on 11/8. Today is 12/6, still no package. They shipped via SAL basic. HLJ asks to wait the full term (up to 30 days) before I contact them. So maybe next week I will contact them, if there is a return email address in their previous notifications. I believe everything went as planned, I think PayPal had no issues. I think the shipping gods hate me. -
Casey did label his post: "Preliminary box art". Hopefully the final box will accurately depict the contents.

Lack of sales? It hasn't even reached all the stores yet! -
She looks so fine!

Great looking Cobra! Looks good in that color!

Type "C". C, as in "Cadillac." You will notice that the Type "T" kit they offer, is a Thunderbird. Apparently, their way of avoiding royalty payments. Good for them!

AMT and MPC Please Put Out Significant Kits
Jon Cole replied to regular guy's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Sorry, Bob. If you think I am not really grasping what you are saying, then you are.... correct. In fact, I am trying to avoid this endless pit of nonsense as much as possible. -

Re: Ford J Car: This isn't the "Wanted!" section. There is a separate category for that. Please adhere to the rules.
