  1. Looks like gloss black?
  2. This is one of the better methods for including the distributor end boots, which are very often overlooked, and always noticeable in their absence. Getting all nine boots cut squarely and to the exact same length seems to be the most challenging part.

  4. I don't recall the Ford steel wheels having any significant detail difference to them, so if you're using steel wheels and a wheel cover, the center web/lug area is going to be covered, so any decent looking steel wheel in the correct diameter will do. As far as I can tell, these are the correct factory wheel covers for a '77 Ford 2WD Econoline (Type 10 in first image below), but I have never seen these offered:
  5. "Pinto", this topic is for discussing the AMT Haulaway trailer kit, but there are a few existing topics which you might be interested in if you want to discuss multiple kits, including those which you want to see reissued:
  6. The Pontiac style honeycomb wheels included with the '75 Dodge Dart Sport kit are neither of good quality, nor the same as the honeycomb wheels originally included in the MPC Trans AM annual kit(s). I suspect they are the same as found in the MPC '76 Monza 2+2 kit: I purchased the '75 Dart Sport kit when it was reissued, specifically for the honeycomb wheels, and was very disappointed.

  8. Here's a look at a 1/25 Revell '62 Dodge Dart 440 Hardtop Sedan from an eBay listing. The second and final images help explain why the underside (frame/floorpan section of the unibody) was heavily compromised, due to allowing for motorization.
  9. While the body appears to be a very good starting point, without the balance of the original Revell kit's contents, it would be a major undertaking. Honestly, I picked it up because of the box condition and artwork, so the contents were an additional, pleasant surprise.
  10. I'll have to think about that, Vince...the clay jug glued to the roof is a nice touch, though. ? ?
  11. Should make this an easy reissue, then: MPC-925 1/25 1976 Dodge Dart Sport Gotta be this box art, right?
  12. Looks like the Mail Box Chopper is going to have some company in 2020: MPC-893 1/25 Taco Custom Trike
  13. The 1/25 MPC '33 WIllys Panel Van is being reissued in 2020: MPC-924 1/25 1933 Willys Panel Paddy Wagon This kit:
  14. I think this is a new announcement?: AMT-PP27 1/25 Firestone Supreme Tire Parts Pack
  15. Sounds like the 1/25 AMT '63 Ford Galaxie 500 is being reissued in 2020 as kit number 1186. Your guess is as good or better than mine what the box art will look like, so maybe this?
  16. Looks like the 1/25 AMT Haulaway Trailer is being reissued in 2020 as kit number 1193: AMT-1193 1/25 Five-Car Automobile Haulaway Trailer Not sure what the box art will look like, but I have to think the below is the best option:
  17. Your wish will soon be granted: AMT 1881 - 1/32 '32 Ford Scale Stars
  18. I rarely take on restoration projects, but the box alone was hard to pass up, so I made an exception. Inside was a complete, reissue Tony Nancy double kit and an unpainted Dart body needing some non-major repair. I also found some Putty Thrower '60 Ford...: JOHAN Models '68-'70 AMX...: ...and ACCU-PRO '34 Ford grille p/e frets/parts:
  19. You're right, but it looks like only the red piece was included, not the clear.
  20. There's an existing topic(s) discussing that very kit, only a search away:
