  2. One of the all-time classics. (you can drop the copied "share" link directly into the body of your post and it will show up like so:)
  3. I think his name was Dee Wayne, at least from how I remember addressing the shipping label a few years ago when I traded with him.

  5. "You said step off!???"
  6. Yes.
  7. I think it was last issued as a stand alone kit in the late 90's.
  8. I'm assuming this is the General Lee kit, packaged with a generic name...: MPC-8781/25 1969 Dodge Country Charger R/T Car
  9. If this is a backdated stock version, this is quite a pleasant surprise: MPC-872 1/25 1975 Datsun Pickup Truck *No idea if this is the correct box art for the reissue or not*
  10. Looks like the AMT 3'n1 Customizing Boat kit is going to be reissued as kit #1056:
  11. Looks like the AMT Mack Cruise-Liner is being reissued as kit #1062: AMT-10621/25 Mack Cruise-Liner Semi Tractor Cab
  12. YOU were supposed to tie the knot. "BEAT IT, DUDE!"
  13. Were the words "radical reconstructive surgery" mentioned?
  14. Top wheel found in Monogram '39 Chevy Coupe kit, at least since the '80s?:
  15. It seems the tooling took a bit of a...tumble.
  16. Very sad. He will be greatly missed by many.
  17. I'd bet on seeing it reissued within the next two years for sure.
  18. Considering there are still kits of the original DD sleeper cab version available from 2009, I wouldn't bet on it setting any sales records at the (likely) higher price point. Plus, the SD version was reissued last year, so the market seems a bit flooded at the moment.
  19. It's a caryyall, not a purse. It's European! So good news then, because there's still no news on this kit.
  20. It seems to me the, just like the last time this kit was reissued, it sold out quickly and there were no more to be had. I'd buy a few now if you still want some.
  21. Round2's Parts Pack decal sheet is finished, and pics are up on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/round2models/

    I'm Back!

I bet Carl Eliason would be proud to drive that.
  23. Looks like bumperettes(?) and/or exhaust dump pipes/tubes, a floor shifter, and dog dish style hubcaps are the newly tooled parts? '90s seats and package tray hound dog made the cut, I see.
  24. ^Agree 100%. I don't even visit the Round2 main page/site, but follow the Collector Model blog and Instagram, where Round2 posts unique content. I expect we'll see a CM blog post dedicated to the '57 Ford, but either way, someone will post pics of the new kit's contents in the near future.
  25. I think it sounds like a reasonable explanation. With the Molotov chrome pens, no chrome is no big deal anymore. I swear I recall reading a few people here mention they didn't like the square tube forks and planned to change those, too. Does anyone have a picture of the now unplated parts which were plated in previous releases?
