  1. Two coats of Tamiya clear over Tamiya light green pearl & Tamiya white pearl. I'm loving how this is turning out.
  2. Yes Claude. Fortunately I have a very understanding wife, who not only tolerates our hobby (and the "accumulation" of unbuilt kits that goes along with it), she actually enjoys going along with me to shows! She has also bought me my two most expensive "hobby" items for Christmas: my paint booth, and air compressor (with air brush accessories).
  3. The amount of detail you crammed into this is really amazing!
  4. Beautiful work. I've always loved these trucks. My decals weren't in the best shape. I wish I could have found a reproduction sheet.
  5. I don't think it's too much, lol. Way more than I've ever put into one model kit. Even my contest entries aren't that detailed.
  6. That is sweet! Love the paint color and finish. You may have inspired me to work on mine. I have a rebuilder, and a sealed kit.
  7. Beautiful build, on a not so great kit. I love the paint! I have a lot of that craft paint on hand myself, and a brand new airbrush & compressor.
  8. I love these old 70's vans! After looking at your awesome build, I may have to finally pull the trigger and buy one.
  9. I agree. The 64 would probably be a better fit.
  10. Very nice! I'm working on this one right now. Unless it's me, I found the front suspension a bit finicky. After my struggle with black on my Grand National, I went with a different color.
  11. Amazing! Love the paint! I have the Ferrari, never knew that a kit of the van was ever released.
  12. Wow! Absolutely beautiful.
  13. Love it! Looks like a car that "Garage Squad" rebuilt.
  14. The vinyl top is a nice touch, on a good looking build.
  15. That is absolutely gorgeous! I just happened to run across mine yesterday, while digging through my junkyard. I built it while living in a campground, when I first moved to North Carolina in 1999 (back when Walmart still sold kits).
  16. I wasn't sure about this kit at first, but after seeing yours, I definitely have to get one. Beautiful! I may try to build an IROC, but I do like the Camaro seat decals though.
  17. Great looking build, and attention to detail. I love to see people recreate a car they had. I have a couple pickups of mine "in the que". One of which is actually started, lol.
  18. Beautiful! I just picked one up. Can't wait to startit.
  19. That is absolutely beautiful! My favorite Mopar muscle car. I believe it's the first red one I've ever seen!
  20. Jimmy Flintstone?? Check Model Roundup
