Just watched a bidding war for a 68 Corronet HT body go to $206 , wow .

wow , just got my email about the transition , I subscribe to both anyway , just hope they don't drop the car coverage to the level of Fine Scale and expect us to be happy with it .

I always wondered , how do you see out of that once it stands up ?

Unfortunately , I'm of the age , 69 , where I can't physically do the work any more or I'd really consider doing just that . We have our eye on a similar car , gray metallic , and lower mileage , 86K , in our area . Now just waiting on the insurance co to make an offer and decide if we really need 3 vehicles .

Ours is a 04 Crown Vic LX Sport , black with gray leather , really nice car , my wife's ride , well taken care of , now it's a parts car for someone . This would be ideal to upgrade the interior in an interceptor model . As we did maintenance on it over the years , we upgraded the suspension parts , slotted and drilled rotors , limo air bags and shocks , limo radiator and larger throttle body . Really going to miss it This isn't mine , but what it looks like , still looks like this from this angle .

Got the final estimate on the Crown Vic , 2 estimates within $100 of each other = totaled , , now to decide if we really need 3 cars .

Got rear ended going to a cookout yesterday , , slowing to turn in and a young fella , 16 , behind us poked the right rear corner with his Forerunner . Got the tail light assembly , the bumper cover , the bar behind it and pushed the quarter just enough to bow it out maybe 1/2" and move the deck lid to the drivers side and jam it and that's just what I can see . Now for the dance with the insurance company , although Geico has been easy to deal with in the past when we were the customer and have already contacted me about an estimate , here's hoping they will be again .

At first I thought that was the real truck you wanted to copy , fantastic job , just one suggestion , sand the tread on the tires .

Wife and I were possibly exposed after having dinner with some friends who were exposed at a funeral . Of course everybody had to be tested , ours came back negative , , still waiting for our friends results to come back .

Looks like maybe you should start doing a little self inspection , those parts look like they came off a sunken ship .

Putting a car with yellowed decals in direct sun light will some times get rid of the tint , maybe it will work for the glass as well ?

, kinda thought that would be the case .

Been having trouble with my hip recently , pain off and on for months , it put me on the floor Tuesday morning, so I made an appointment to see my Dr . Was late to the office by 2 minutes and the Dr had left the office , last appointment of the day . So , they moved me over to the emergency side and did a CT scan , told me to go to the ER immediately . Tried to get a n ambulance to take me in , but there's a 3 hour wait , so we dive in . Spend the next 5 1/2 hours in the ER , lots of poking and prodding , am told to follow up with my Dr to get a referral to an orthopedic specialist for a possible hip replacement . The meds they gave aren't working too well , supposed to take every 6 hours , but the pain is back to full in about an hour and a half , fortunately I still have some from my fight with the table saw , took off about 1/2" of thumb a couple of years ago . Now , I'm waiting for the referral to come through and see what the Specialist has to say . Other than that It's been wonderful .

The only problem with the pic is she's waving the checkered flag , not a green one . Everything else looks great .
