  1. Looks like it was just Easter and he was busy. My package is on the way and I'm looking forward to finishing several projects kinda all at once when I get my package. I bought BF Goodrich T/A tire decals, Goodyear F60 decals and some GM door handles. Two commission builds are waiting for the tire decals. Thanks for all the responses, Bob
  2. Wow Chris, that looks like it's ready to go to Circus to get some paint squirted on it by Berserko Bob. So looking forward to seeing it in the red, white and blue. Bob
  3. Good to know, thanks
  4. Is this guy doing business? I wanted some decals and a few resin items and while it's only been a day or so i was wondering if he's slow to answer or what to expect. Bob
  5. This is looking fantastic.
  6. Let us hope so. The prices on kits that are available is stratospheric.
  7. Man Chris. Those colors and the accuracy is just off the charts. I'm stoked to see a bit of assembly and the mock just looks the business. it's gonna be dead nuts on bro. Bob
  8. That looks perfect Chris. You are rolling lately, and that's a good thing. Bob
  9. I disagree. The end result is OUTSTANDING... Well done. Bob
  10. Could use some wider shots of that Landy. It looks like they didn't go overboard, which is nice, and unusual as well. I'd like to cruise Kingston in that bad boy.
  11. Dated this chick Pam Babineau in the 80's She was soooooo smokin and had this very car in that very color. Good fun cruising the Ave with a HOT chick in a sweet ride. OH! That build is killer BTW. Lost track...... Bob
  12. Alclad looks great Chris. People keep making it out to be tough to apply but I had good results first time out. Looks like you're an old pro at it. She's really starting to shape up in the motor dept. Bob
  13. BEA utiful.... Bob
  14. Were it not for that wavy kit glass that first pic could be the real thing. Well done on the finishes, in particular the wheels. They look utterly realistic. Well done Sir.
  15. Outstanding from every angle. Looks like it's ready to be drone struck.
  16. Comic dealers have been doing this since the very start. In fact, there is now a "Golden Hour" if you will where an hour before the doors open dealers are free to make deals with others and scope out the competition. It is however bad form to bother anyone during set up. Once the announcer says it's OK, you will see a significant amount of action till the doors are officially open. I worked many a show during the late 80's early 90's and the only one that didn't have it for years and then finally adopted it was Big Apple Con. Hobby vendors need to adopt this.
  17. I have every issue and am looking forward to this one.
  18. That is really very nice. For some reason those wheels really look like they belong on it. Bob
  19. Geez Harry, way to knock out another classic in your usual flawless style. Soooo caleeen. Bob
  20. Here I was thinking it was an actual Top Fuel car. Dagnabit!
  21. As a BIG fan and builder of Ma.K. I love this...
  22. I wish my brain worked like that!!! Those are both well executed and finely crafted. Bob
  23. For 17 years I worked in a European auto shop. People would bring these in for me to work on. I'd tell them "I don't work on Ford cars". They'd get all bent outta shape and leave. Reason being is I worked on a friends XR4Ti and that thing was a PITA. He didn't like changing oil and the turbo went up. Then the electrics went all wonky. I told him to bring it to someone else less our friendship be strained. But I'll say this. That model is really fetching. And I did get to drive it when I initially fixed [read replaced with a rebuilt] turbo. That car was darned quick and comfy to boot. Bob
  24. Could pass for 1:1 all day long. That is one heck of a build.
