Now I'm wondering if I should have kept my HLJ preorder..I cancelled it last week and ordered from the place in China that was 50% less...

The 1/24th Matchbox F350 regular cab definitely has a smooth roof with two parallel grooves. It's hard to find pics looking down on the roof of the 1:1s online...even in the eBay dealer ads with 50 pictures of a truck, there aren't any shots from above... I'm not 100% sure the Matchbox diecast is correct, but it looks like this:

Wouldn't make sense, considering the Raptor is 1/25th and F150 based in 1:1 and the Meng Super Duty is 1/24th...and Super Dutys have very little in common w/ F150s.

Ya, I miss it as it was in the big 80s and early '90s. I do like their Palladia channel, though.

It doesn't. No correlation between a 1/25th Raptor snap kit and a 1/24th Super Duty full detail kit other than they are both kits of modern Ford trucks.

I like self-checkout..use it often at Safeway if I have a small # of items.

Yeah, gives you something to look forward to in 6-7 months. Just like here in AZ, after May I'll be looking forward to October for nice weather again since June-September are usually disgusting.

Blue Bandito...hmm...how about Blue Burrito. Not familiar w/ the Blue Beetle..are there many differences between the original version and the later Monogram '29 Ford pickups (I see the different wheels and tires) ?
