  1. Looks really good. Lots of parts trees, body, roof and hood separate parts. Tinted side and rear windows, windshield has the black frit.
  2. Got a neat old Fujimi Porsche 911 Targa ( I have many 911 kits, but had no Targas) and the new Bronco kit in the mail today.
  3. Mine from Model Roundup is out for delivery today, looking forward to it.
  4. Yeah, I didn't have these specific versions..I've built a blue version of the '87 Corvette convertible, a later ZR-1 version, and a later issue of the '85 Camaro.
  5. After last months acquisition of various ‘80s Monogram Mustangs and Trans Ams, this month got a few ‘80s Monogram Corvettes and Camaros.
  6. Yeah, I haven't had cable since 2017. I've been happy w/ all the streaming options. I was pleased today that my painter finished w/ the painting of my basement at my old house...new carpet will be put down in a couple weeks. Working on finishing unpacking the garage, getting it painted inside next week...hope to have the house on the market later in the month.
  7. Probably a reasonable number for a very niche product.
  8. I thought it was the teal C2500 extended cab longbed non-Dually with the cap. I’ll have dig mine out, but I don’t think that dark red C3500 Dually kit had it.
  9. Moniker of 'Bitey' was very accurate for a sweet but vicious little Australian Terrier that I do miss..
  10. I've seen some of that..though if they are in their personal car, the drivers usually have an Amazon blue vest/jacket on. Had a delivery recently where the driver was driving a sharp dark blue C7 Corvette coupe.
  11. Got mine yesterday, but it came to my old house. I think I had done a change of address online about a month ago.
  12. I ordered mine today from Megahobby, looks like they have it in stock.
  13. Been a while since I've seen that, remember she screamed alot and was eating fried chicken..
  14. Watching the movie ‘Marlowe’ right now with Liam Neeson playing Phillip Marlowe. Very dull so far. Very slow paced..
  15. Saw a nice F8 green Charger SRT on the freeway today, what was unusual is had a red and white Colorado fleet license plate, and was on I-271 outside Cleveland, Ohio.
  16. Yeah, I started building as a kid in the late 70s and built through the 80s into the early 90s. Monograms were an early favorite. Some of these are filling in the gaps and are kits I wish I had bought then but didn't...
  17. The last few days I've been indulging in acquiring more Mustang and Trans Am kits, specifically '80s Monogram kits. The Revell '82 Mustang convertible is one I've never had before, same with the racing Mustang. Got 3 of the new Revell '71s. One to do stock, one to do '70s style day 2 street machine, one to do in modern Pro Touring style. The '79 Cobra and 89 Mustang convertible I built as a kid, but wanted fresh ones to build again. There is an empty '89 box in there, to replace the one for the kit I built originally, the original box got destroyed over the years. I have the MPC '79 IPC, but not the Monogram one. As far as the 3 Trans Ams, I have and built the '82 and '89 20th Anniversary kits, but never had the '83, '85 and '87 (all molded in black). The 80s were my most productive period of kit building, go to get back to building and finishing....love the cars of that decade.
  18. That striped green '73 convertible is gorgeous...the '71-73 convertibles looked so good w/ the long hood...
  19. And they are also doing a Mach 1, as the James Bond movie car so that will be a source for the widely-used pie pan wheel covers.
  20. That is definitely one I'd love to have. Same with the Revell Mercedes 230 E Lorinser sedan and Mercedes 300E AMG sedan kits. I love the W124 M-Bs. One of my grail kits for years was the Revell BMW 8 series coupe. I ended up buying on eBay the Tamiya boxing of it a few years ago from Japan, found it for a good price considerably less than the usual going rate on eBay.
  21. Yes, 3 body styles. The Mach 1 and Boss 351 were performance models using the fastback/Sportsroof body, and the Grande was a deluxe trim on the coupe. I think based on the pics that have been posted that Revell is going to do an Eleanor movie car kit, and they are doing a flat hood for it.. The weird thing about the Eleanor, though, is it had a '73 Mach 1 grille with the '71-72 style front bumper.
  22. Yes, the base Mustang fastback. Ford called the fastback bodystyle 'Sportsroof' '69-73. Here is a pic of one, you can see the different grille, hood, wheel covers, etc.. I have a resin base hood and grille made for the MPC tooling I got off eBay years ago, don't know if anyone is offering one currently. With the new Revell kit out, it wouldn't surprise me if the aftermarket steps up with a variety of parts for it.
  23. To do a base Mustang you would need a flat hood, different grille, different taillight panel, different wheelcovers, a 6 cyl or 302, maybe some different interior trim... by the way, 'Sports Roof' was just the name for the fastback bodystyle (Ford started using that term in '69 for the fastback), not a specific model or trim level. The Boss 351 and Mach 1 are fastbacks, so they are the 'Sports Roof' bodystyle also.
  24. I definitely don’t miss living there. The summers were brutal the 9 years I lived there. I do miss my pool, though. I’ve been gone from the valley for 6 years. I wouldn’t mind going back some January for car auction week in Scottsdale and visit with some friends…
