  1. Kinda did that here in NE Ohio. Been a hot, wet Spring. 90 in May is unseasonable, feels more like August. And there was snow just about a month ago...
  2. That is what the Ranger is for (traditional BOF truck). This is a smaller light duty model.
  3. Definitely looks truckish in these recent spy photos.
  4. Seen a few around, sharp looking CUV... I've heard they compare quite favorably to the Tesla Model Y.
  5. Nothing really like the Avalanche, though...the Avalanche was a Suburban w/ the rear roof lopped off...
  6. Smaller. Ridgeline is about the same size as the Ranger.
  7. Smaller and cheaper than the Ranger, based on the Bronco Sport (FWD/AWD unibody). It will be Ford’s entry level truck. And that’s not a photo of the actual production vehicle—its going to be unveiled this week. Sort of similar size to the old Ranger.
  8. Yes—and the name was previously used on an CUV—the first gen Escape was called the Maverick in Europe.
  9. I think that is the case for the Sandman wheels and tires (two piece tires w/ wheel molded in the outer half)... but the trailer wheels and tires, the smaller ones in the photo---are separate, the wheel pushes through the tire which has an opening. Definitely late 70s Revell style..
  10. The trailer wheels and tires look like the ones used on some Revell 1/32nd Snap Tite kits in the late 70s..
  11. I moved about 2000 miles 4 years ago, moving 1500 kits in the process...most were unbuilt and boxed, but the built kits I carefully wrapped inside their boxes with bubble wrap or tissues. Really didn't have any issues or damage.
  12. Since I mostly stream content since cutting the cable cord 4 years ago, I rarely ever see commercials. About the only time I see them is if I'm watching a live event like yesterday w/ the Indy 500.
  13. Beautiful cool, breezy day here, watching the race kind of in the background as I go in and out working in the yard, grilling, etc...
  14. Haven’t ordered from an HK supplier lately, but got an HLJ order in 3 days last week. (FedEx)
  15. Just incredible detailing and scratch building...been fascinating to watch.
  16. Our furry friends do like to be touching us when we sleep and they sleep. Pretty much anytime I lie on the sofa to watch tv in the evening, I'm covered in 2-3 dozing small terriers...
  17. Was behind an older Ford Fusion Sport with a curious personalized plate---'CRASH29'...I wonder if it's a reference to the 1929 stock market crash, or the driver had their 29th crash in this vehicle?
  18. Very sharp. That Audi was the first Tamiya kit I built back in the day as a teenager.
  19. Sometimes, a thumbs up or a smiley face is all that is needed. And it would help eliminate posts where someone quotes a bunch of photos or text with a short reply. The like button is pretty common place all over the internet…
  20. Hmmm. On other sites using the same forum software, it’s not anonymous. Anyone can click on the like button to see who reacted and how. Must be a setting. Also, I see the upvote (green up arrow) and downvote (red down arrow) aren’t enabled, probably a good idea, as downvotes can get contentious.
  21. True, 3 decades! I've been online since having CompuServe in the late 80s. Some days I feel ancient at 50..some of my coworkers are half my age.
  22. Wouldn't consider it newfangled'....like buttons and similar have been on forums and social media sites for 15 years or more...not a new concept.
  23. It’s First Gear. 1/25th. Googling turned up some, looks like a nice piece. https://www.superscoutspecialists.com/first-gear-diecast-125-scale-1963-international-c1100-pickup-orange-copy
