  1. Ok do we think alike? All the A-Bodys!SWEET!
  2. Can I make a suggestion as far as painting the black trim? How about using the Black Bare Metal foil, that would save alot of masking time, and you could get crisp straight lines that way,Very nice paint!
  3. Here is my resin 71-72 Demon stash,The Blue one is an original restore project I'm working on!
  4. Here is half of them!
  5. I'll have to count mine,But I have atleast over 60 MPC A-Bodys,including 2 of the holy grail Mint unbuilt 71 Demons,just a guess around 400,Or so,Mainly Mopars
  6. WOW!This is one clean build!
  7. Wonderful Builds,My favorite one is the Purple Charger!
  8. Now that looks like a cool "Comet" project!I have the dealer promos of both the Maverick and the Comet,in both of those alone,I have invested $300,I would love to see either of them made now,The Maverick Grabber,Or the Comet GT!
  9. I'll be sure to get my hands on a couple of the 68 HEMI Darts,I have been waiting so long for this to come out,It will almost complete my A-Body collecton!
  10. I have to say,I love the old AMT 64 Impala,In my eyes it looks alot better then the Revell kit,I must have built 15 of those from the time I was 7 up untill I was an adult!,Beautiful job on a great kit!The paint is absolutly Stunning!
  11. Thats a really cool concept,And it doesn't look like it would be to had to make in scale,But in the very first picture it looks like the Dart/Demon front ,Still a cool Idea!
  12. Please cast the chassis and the seats,I would rather start with new stuff then a glue bomb from e-bay,plus the prices of those are really up there for junkers!
  13. My 79 Nova was the base model,That My brother and I Modified It was originaly A inline 250 six,But we swapped it out with a 400 HP 350 4-Barrel Carb,It was ot much car for a 16 year old back when I owned it,So I sold it and bought a MOPAR,I'm liking what everyone has been saying on this,I never thought so many of you felt the same about the Duster Quarter Windows,I just hope for future reference these will be placed in the models as they are build,I have seen this so many times now,And alot of builders make the mistake,of not using them,If you unsure of what the car your building looks like,Thats what we have Google for and countless other places to find photos,I also agree about the roof,Compaired to the MPC bodys I own they are wrong in alot of places.
  14. Unless it is a custom are race car as stated in a few posts up,PUT THE SIDE WINDOWS IN,They just look plain goofy without them!I personally cut a strip of plastic stock, and put the posts in,With Superglue,Then I cut down the kit supplied window in,And epoxy them in,It looks much better to me anyways!
  15. I undrstand what you are saying,I was talking about the factory stock models!
  16. I agree about the Challenger and the Cuda,In my oppinion they look better with the posts in as if they are rolled up,and for example the 71-74 Road Runners,And the 71-72 GTX,There is just way to much empty area there,I could go on about alot of different makes of cars,But in real life most of those cars you see have the windows up,To me it set off the roof line alot better than just nothing there!
  17. Hi Fellow modellers,Ok I Have to clear this up,For everyone that builds this kit,You MUST Use them,On the real car the were fixed into the body, and popped out at the rear Like the 68-74 Novas,I see so many of these cars built without These,And it looks wrong,I Just wanted to give everyone the tip on this,So these wonderfull builds I have seen on here can stop being flawed by the missing windows,Hope this helps out,as the Dusters were a 2-door coupe, not a hardtop.
  18. Glad you did this,Another one on my want list,You guys are going to break me!As far as a chassis, couldn't you shorting a 67 Mustang one,the Front Is really close to on both of the real cars,as were the inner front fenders,I would go that way,If it's correct,Or close to correct! The seats would have ben nice also,But I'll buy a few as soon as possible,Looks Great KDOG!Another long overdue resin kit done,Thanks for making it for us!
  19. Here is the new 72 Demon from Missing Link,They are great quality products!Have A look!
  20. I'll order mine next month!I'll send you a PM when I'm ready,Looks Great! Finally I can do something with that junk 69 El Camino I have in my parts box!
  21. I'll get a couple when they come out,I have been waiting for SOMEONE to make a mid 70's Pontiac for quite sometime know,After seeing the 73 Grand Am Juha Ario built ,That was featured in the magazine in 96'
  22. I personally think his products are absolutly great,When he repoped the 71 Demon ,I purchased 6 of them, over the course of 3 months,They have the feel and look of the 2 Original Annuals I own of the kit,Not one flaw in the parts at all,Just a simple soak in some "wesleys bleach white"and a simple clean up up,And it's ready for primer and paint, and turn around is great!I'll be buying from him again!
  23. Excellent restore job,I like it "Stock" the custom mixed paint is a nice touch,Just simply a very nice looking car!
  24. I see the differences now,I'm excited to see the finished products!
