  1. I'll hold out for the weekly 40% off......
  2. Nice clean good looking model!!! Nice to see it built...I worked with Sean on the decal artwork.
  3. I bought a car out of Chicago, 46 Ford Hot Rod......used U-Ship with decent results. Do be careful......like you said....many are connected.
  4. I have three different cutters like the one in the picture. One is the same with a scriber type blade. This works well on plastic sheet up to .030. I also have a cutter with a wheel which is better on paper and thicker sheet stock. The only issue is the cutter can wander a little on the lighter weight models. I get a lot of use out of mine.
  5. Thanks....I'm still searching the net.....but good try
  6. Wish there was a good door shot....be neat to build!!
  7. I've bought 2 cans of Testors since Tamiya came to the USA.....
  8. No....it would have been a mirror image in the film if left uncovered......thus showing the film was flipped.......as I stated in OP.
  9. Why is the 'Freightliner' emblem covered with black tape???? The entire segment was filmed and them flopped....Arnold is really on the right side fake driving.......the real driver is in the normal left side but covered to look like a seat!!!!
  10. About the same level or a little less. It seems everyone 'needs' me more now and I end up doing more outside the house.
  11. 'Gone in 60 seconds' original....yes...remake...junk. The rest are OK but for a few I have never seen. I'd put Blues Brothers in the 10. Some iconic movie cars in that one.....and stunts that will never be done again.
  12. My best buddy worked at one of those BOX style stores. I have fond memories of those and 'PUP N TACO' buildings!!!
  13. That is the oldest Taco Bell left as a Bell. There is a old TB in Buena Park off Harbor still stands but is a Chinese place now. So your right it is a real TB but the drive through is wrong for 69. More than anyone ever wanted to know!!!
  14. On a side note.....I lived in So Cal 1969.....NO Taco Bell had drive through.....or even a enclosed eating area. All were walk up with patio seating around a fire pit. Not cars....but how they get things wrong.
  15. I like 'The Lively Set' too.......not many goofs.....
  16. Last American Hero had some time shifts to speed things up....but the car stuff was pretty accurate.
  17. These were late bankruptcy era kits.....were they were doing anything on the cheap to stay alive. As you show....with work they turn out OK
  18. Which turbine would be a good start. Chrysler car unit, Chevy Titan unit, Ford unit???
  19. That 34 Ford is a all time favorite. I hope they include the stake bed too. One of my builds....another on the bench.
  20. I dpn't like the Lindberg 1/32 kit......of all of those in that series it's the worst looking.....IMHO!
  21. Why announce 2020 (late) kits???
  22. Nice work....
  23. Nice work! I like those kits.
