  1. Bill and Bob have been doing that book for a while.....with updates periodically. Bill is as near an expert on the hobby as I have met.
  2. You made that kit look good!
  3. Like 'Role Model'........confused.......
  4. Freelance rail like those I saw in So Cal 1960's........Revell kit
  5. I gotta have the taxi..........when they did it in 1/35 I hoped for 1/24.....
  6. Which one??? Don't know.......but plan on 3 times longer and at least twice the expected cost. I just finished my 2nd resto of a 1/1 and both held true. Good luck!! (owning two AMC's.....Pacer)
  7. Love them AMC's!!!
  8. Gotta love them Winged Warriors!!!! Nice work!
  9. I have the Mazda version.....It's big enough that if you change the steering wheel it looks 1/25 scale.
  10. SO COOL!!!!! That one is on my list to build....love movie cars! Did not know Slixx did the decal....what set??? Only thing I see missing is the 'MULE' on the hood!!!! I bought some N scale train mules that I will modify to a kicking one.....then Moto chrome pen paint it. Thx
  11. I did the art and printed those decals for Coachworks a number of years ago. What is missing? I'd update the sheet if I can. Thanks!
  12. TD also owned a model railroad aftermarket company that sold parts and scenery items for HO scale trains. BTW....best or most famous......don't know...but my favorite.
  13. IIRC Multi came first and then MPC wanted a little more cash out of molds on hand....Jolly was born!!! I may need to make a repro of it now that you brought it up!!!
  14. I don't have that kit....but sure looks like the Multi-Mav kit with a regular MPC funny car chassis in place of the Multi chassis. Modifying the hood/scoop is easy...I did it on this build of Mean Maverick I did.
  15. Nice work!!! I wanted that kit...never got one.....
  16. All my plastic stock is in one of the plastic 3 drawer cabinets from the big box store. Sheet stock in one drawer, shapes in another and strip and tube in another. I have a LOT of plastic on hand so this may be overkill for you but makes it much simpler to find what I need and keeps everything in good condition.
  17. Nice work....I own a 1/1 73 Javelin so very interesting.
  18. Too bad it ain't 1/24.....I'd have to get one!!!
  19. Max's camel wagon from Thunderdome was cool too!!!!! The Fury War Wagon was great....I'm building one myself....but am stalled right now.... I did finish my LEGO WAR WAGON!!!!
  20. By 1978 the Ford teams were using 351 Cleveland blocks cast in Australia by Ford there.... In Cup dress they look much like the motor in the Monogram 1983 Thunderbird kit.
  21. Great work!
  22. Cool build....nice and neat!
