Try Britmodeller.com or maybe Hyperscale if you are thick skinned. -

Nice work and welcome to the asylum. -
Just wanted to post a pic to show that I am still plugging away at this one since a few of you encouraged me to keep going. A few more parts and it will be in Under Glass. I cut the exhaust mounting pins off by accident removing the passenger peg mounts as a lot of boy racers did back then so the exhaust pipe is cemented to whatever part it touches.

I have also learned to move fast when using spray cans not designed for modeling. I also love to watch Hpiguys videos.

That is nice! Perfect blend of components. Halibrand style wheels just look right on 57 Birds.

Nice work! I never would have thought this color would suit this car but it does.

Will be watching this one as I do all of your builds as this one is especially dear to me. That is a pristine example to be starting with as well.

Revell Ford Bronco on steroids...

Very nice! Don't know how I missed this one earlier. -
Now that the Dodge truck is finished it's time to get back to this one. Got this much done this morning. Everything fit surprisingly well and the wheels even lined up. The red is darker than it appears. Yeah, I forgot to paint the stand. Gonna leave the front fender braces off as they are way too thick.

C3 Vettes always look good in metallic blue. Don't stop now.

This is looking really nice.

Everything but the air cleaner is out of box. Didn't like the little air filter in the box so i used a bigger one from the AMT Falcon Ranchero kit.Painted with Tamiya TS-46. Then a light coat of gloss because this truck has spent its life in Southwest Texas desert. No rust but the sun and blowing sand have taken their toll on the shine. It now belongs to the second owner who rebuilt the 440 engine and put a four speed with "granny low gear" as they say down south. He likes to run around on back roads seeing what he can dig up . I put the flag in the back window because the flag decals were so common back then. I know the rear window has a black gasket around it like the windshield but after almost ruining the front I decided to quit while I was ahead. Still not sure about the mirrors. May change them. I shimmed the hood to make it level with the fender tops but the left rear corner is still a bit low. I am picky about alignment on my models. I also used dullcote on the hubcaps because the chrome was too blingy for this type of truck. The main reason I built this kit is to have a tow truck for my diecast car trailer so I can pose them in pics. Pros: Uncommon but interesting subject (for me anyway). Looks decent when finished but can't deny that it is a product of the era. Easy assembly - nothing had to be forced into place. comes with a minibike, toolbox and a rather antique looking (even for the 70's) floor jack. Cons: The grill and headlights really let this kit down. Detail looks shallow but came out better than I expected after detail painting. No positive locators for the bed or the front bumper. Edges of the body a little rough around the grill area and hood fit is sloppy. Engine doesn't come with a starter or an oil pump to go behind the oil filter. General lack of under hood and chassis detail but once again it's a product of it's time.
