  1. Beautiful Ford STW. Pretty unusual subject, but that's good. You did great job with the paint and finishing, it looks very good. I didn't know that there was a kit of this, but if it's made by Hubley, not suprised since those are rare...
  2. Thanks For the comments, Randy and Fred! It sure means alot and keeps me going. No time for Modeling today, I was building my 1:1 Ride (Not a car though, it's a Moped). I had to take whole engine apart. Not the easiest thing, I've never done anything that big on Two Stroke engine, especially the transmission was quite difficult. Assembling it together wasn't too easy either. And it's still not working, hopefully I can get it fixed tomorrow, and then continue the Hemi Dart build. But if I can make more progress with the Dart, I'll post more pics.
  3. Here are few pics of the Dart with windows installed and body is painted from Underside with Flat Black. Took these pictures last week's Friday, but now I finally have some time to post them here. Progress has been very slow now, but I hope I can get some bench time this weekend.
  4. Great Job! I always like Dioramas, especially when they are nicely done. This one belongs to that category, GREAT job! As I've seen alot snow here in Finland, I have to say that your snow looks maybe the best, I've seen in any Diorama.
  5. Well, I would personally take it apart and fix the problems. I know that it might feel stupid, but that's what I do and that's what I've done few times. Then the model looks better, when you've fixed the problems. Once I just finished the build, even if I thought that it's far away from my bests (The 80's Style Corvette). Anyway it looked OK when completed, even if I could see the mistakes from miles away. My opinion is, that take it apart so you can fix the problems. Then it's like new model again.
  6. I want this one!!! This is interesting idea, I have to admit that I have built only one AMT '32 Ford (and I guess that was AMT, but not 100% sure). I'm looking forward to see what kind of projects we can see in this thread. This is my Chopped, Channeled, Sectioned, Shaved etc etc. Ford Roadster from AMT GlueBomb. Just For Inspiration.
  7. Great idea! This Studebaker is great kit for Kitbashing parts, as I did with my Simca Gasser (in Gasser & AWB CBP). Looking forward to seeing yours. Hope it gives you some ideas, don't mean to highjack.
  8. As others have already mentioned, Terrific build again. I like the paint and details on this one, also like the long wheelbase frame, it just fits much better than shorter, and of course the handling would be better in 1:1 scale. Beautiful build again!
  9. Looks Good! Cobras are rarely seen in Drag Racing, but this one is very nice exeption. Super Gas Roadsters are not my favorites in 1:1 world, but in this scale, they're very interesting.
  10. Awesome job on this one, as expected. The frame looks awesome. You are doing terrific job again, Shane! One question about the 1:1 car, though. What is the idea with the engine position, I mean that the front end of that Engine is bit lower than the rear? Is there some kind of good reason for it? I've seen that on other Dragsters too, and I've always wondered, why is that.
  11. That paintjob is almost perfect! I think you'll need sun glasses when building this one, it's so shiny. Great job!
  12. Beautiful PaintJob! Very smooth and shiny too, and I've always liked the combination of Gloss Black and chrome, so it's going to look killer when BMF is on.
  13. You are the Master Builder, Randy! I always like to see your builds. And every time I see scratchbuilding, I have to take my hatt off (even if I don't have one....). Your engine looks fantastic so far, can't wait to see more work. Oh yes, and the 1:1 looks..... Well, different....
  14. Fantastic job, as always, Brad! This is gonna be another beauty when it's Complete. All those little details make this model to Pop Out from others, great job!
  15. I've been away for a while, I'm very hurry now because of the High School that recently started. Anyway, my personal list, not in correct order but it's based on those kits which I've enjoyed the most. -Revell '69 Nova (The Special Edition kit). Very good quality kit, goes together well and looks pretty good when finished. Very nicely molded too, not much flash. -AMT Double Dragster (Yep, not finished yet). Not so good quality kit, but very good for its age. Some fit issues and flash etc, but very enjoyable kit to build. -Moebius Models Hudson Hornet. Very good kit, everything has fitted well so far. Nicely detailed kit and very interesting subject, too. -Moebius Models Chrysler 300 (Tim Flock Version). Same description as with the Hudson, great kit. -AMT '57 Chrysler 300C -Monogram Shelby Cobra (Street Version). Not only because of the subject (Street Version). Especially I like the look with the top, kit has also nice chrome parts, which are actually not chrome, more like aluminium. -Revell '58 Impala Lowrider. Great kit with Custom parts too, many building oppotunities from Custom to Gasser. Very sharp molding too. Oh well there are more, lots more but these are the ones that just came to my mind.
  16. Wow, this is awesome! Excellent body modifications, this one is just my style. Excellent job on it, especially the paint job and chrome parts look sweet. Very nice job!
  17. Right now when the High School started, I'm very happy if I can get few hours in a week. So progress is very slow right now, especially when I have lots of things to do on weekends also. But I try my best to get as much bench time as possible.
  18. I might be weird when I say this, but I think that those white walls fit much better than those Black Slicks. Those slicks without white walls, look too modern for my taste.
  19. '60 Impala 348". '65 Stepside 283", WIP. '69 Camaro 350". WIP. '69 Nova 350 SBC.
  20. I built on the same workbench as nowadays. Good place to build models, much Natural light, and if needed-good lights too. I've been happy with that Workbench since I started building on it... Or now it could be a bit bigger...
  21. Great Job! Absolutely beautiful Camaro build, nothing's wrong with it. This kinda Reminds me of this Finnish ProStock Camaro from the Late 80's, driven by Hannu Santala.
  22. Sounds Good, Jim. You are on the list. I have to say that both of the engine combinations are interesting, but I guess that W-409 likes Injected 409 Better. But whatever engine you choose, project is very interesting.
  23. Very cool! Your building skills have improved a lot since you joined here. It's great to see the improvement of those skills, in your builds or in other's builds too. Good job with this one, great paint and decals fit nicely. Very nicely assembled Model, too. I can't see any parts that wouldn't fit together.
  24. As everybody else has said already, very nice Mustang! Excellent paint job and good job with the BMF too. Very beautiful build, but how about sideview Mirrors next time ?
