Very nice build on that "Bullet Bird" and I too wouldn't have known that it was brush painted either. I wonder if I'll ever get around to building mine, as I have built a few back-in-the-day, however they are no longer around.
While I am a "rattle can man," I have owned a couple of air brushes and compressor but got rid of them. I have tried out a friends GREX air brush and it is really comfortable to hold and sprays well.
That would irk me too, and then there's the person who has tons of groceries and they're rung up and she's searching through her purse for her wallet. Didn't she know that she was going to have to pay???
I'm still praying for all that survived that devastating hurricane as I cannot imagine what went on or having to cope with a disaster like that. I've been in San Juan a couple of times as it is a cruise ship port. I've also visited the fort in San Juan which I heard took a hit as well. A couple of my modeling friends are also from Puerto Rico as well. May God bless all of you.
I don't have that much leisure time to watch TV. There's certain shows I like to watch and I do so when they're on the air. I only record shows when I'm not going to be home for a certain program that I like.
I have a Hobby Lobby only 1/2 mile away from home, and yet I drive 10 miles to support my local "hobby shop." I'm old school as I've been patronizing hobby shops since the 50's.
Mine doesn't either and I don't live in Florida. If I had the money, I would like to spend two months of winter in Hawaii, California, Arizona, and Florida for about two weeks each. However I don't see that happening anytime soon.
