  1. Very tidy build, good job on all the detail work
  2. So glad to see this build on the forum. I seen it in the 2019 Scale Auto contest cars, and thought it looked super cool, the customizing, the choppers and the paint work. Drawing is just a cool as the model. It has your signature style for sure, thanks for sharing Gary.
  3. This is why ive always been a fan of the model cars you build, doing something different and the custom work and paint work is always top notch.
  4. Another cool period style build, thanks for sharing the story. Great paint job and amazing you hand painted the mural.
  5. Agree with Rich. Remember your builds from the forums and magazines. So cool to see you posting on the forum again. Look forward to seeing more. 57 is clean, like how you customized in your own style and the usual specialty paint work.
  6. Always trying to do something different and Aoshima kits oob are good fun simple builds, so this was built in my favourite Lowrider style.
  7. Well done, so cool to see a bagged trailer in scale.
  8. Cool Hand

    62 Impala

Got this kit from a mate for next to nothing due to the broken A pillar. Repaired the best I could and removed the side trim. And having previously built one as a Lowrider and painted it black, decided to do something different with this one. Skyline build I posted recently was paint practice for this one.
  9. Definitely following along with this thread, radial choppers are crazy cool. Excellent work on the frame and build so far Curt. Been waiting to see someone build Jesse's James radial chopper in scale and being that J.T is taking on the challenge im looking forward to watching it be built.
  10. Thanks for the comments , just trying to show something different. Yeah the wheels are non chrome optional's from one of the kits, cant remember which though. The chrome on them is a Alclad. The whitewall tyre's where taken from the wheels out of a Lindberg Homie Hoppers. They are are good fit for Aoshima 14's. ? I can do other colours sometimes.
  11. Enjoy building these kits, just quick curbside fun builds. Good for practice, experimenting with paint and maintaining skills.
  12. Cool style of build and good job on all the customization to get it slammed.
  13. Built my favourite style.
  14. Excellent style of build James. Clean, smooth and low.
  15. Thank you very much for all the replies, appreciate the comments Yes it is the Lindberg kit, Here is the wip
  16. Excellent work on the seat. Progressing along very well and capturing all the detail as you always do on all of your builds Kurt.
  17. Like the stance, looks just right. The wheels fill the arches nicely.
  18. Nice work on the scratch building, good use of spare parts and certainly looks some what like where the inspiration come from. Done well Ray.
  19. As always super clean work Bruce, you sure do know how to build great looking model car no matter what the subject is. Well done mate.
  20. Agree with Roger looks good with the silver and black combo. And think similar to Anton, really like Camaro's something about the shape.
  21. Could use the wheels up front and put something else on the rear, like steel wheels with slicks.
  22. Added a few more pieces to the roll cage. Needed to mod the ends of the dash to fit around the cage. Got a bit carried away removing material from the dash ends and will need to tidy up the fit, bit loose. Few mocks with the body on.
  23. Ah yes thanks for that. Thank you very much Sonny Appreciate you following along Philippe. Thanks Appreciate the compliment JC. Learnt to form the cage inside the body and against the roof from Remote Control drift car builders.
  24. Find styrene easier to work with and glue.
