Was at Hobby Lobby today and finally found the Foose 56 F100. So glad to see it back. Will not be building this one as the box shows it.

1/25 AMT NYPD Chevy Police Van
Lordmodelbuilder replied to Casey's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
Chevrolet had the G10-G20-G30 vans starting in 1971. The 10 & 20 would have had 5-lugs if they were disc-brake on the front. There were a few 6-lug vans back then, but only if they came with drum brake front ends. -
Nice pictures. Thank you for sharing.

1/25 AMT '34 Ford Pickup Customizing Kit
Lordmodelbuilder replied to Casey's topic in Truck Kit News & Reviews
So nice to see this truck come back. I built one in 1974,and sadly made a rat rod out of it in the 2000's. I will buy a couple & redo it like the 1974 box art. -

Beautiful F100 ! Love the colors! -
So sad to see what has happened to your place & your belongings. Happy that you escaped the fire & are alive. My gf just lost her place & everything she had this past Saturday. Hers was an electrical fire. She was able to get out too! As bad as things look, you are alive & seem to be in good spirits. Your builtup models look great. Good that you had pics of them. Take care & Happy Thanksgiving. Brad

Very nice looking Nomad. Looks awesome in those colors & sitting low. I have one that I built in the early 70's & later redid it & repainted it. It was the same color combo that yours is. Mine is in pieces, but may have to dig it out.

Revell 56 Ford truck history
Lordmodelbuilder replied to 68shortfleet's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I just looked at my kit of that red Ford. The window is much larger than the earlier small window versions. It looks like Revell was trying to make it a big window, but didn't quite get the shape correct. -

Favorite gasser kits?
Lordmodelbuilder replied to Jantrix's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
I have to agree with Ace & Snake. I always loved the AMT Willys pu & the 55 Nomad. I have my old models of both I did in my childhood. Both are in pieces & I need to get them rebuilt. -

"Bring Out Your Dead" Completion Build--ROUND 2 Is On!
Lordmodelbuilder replied to Snake45's topic in WIP: Model Cars
Ok, I am in. Looked at all of my started but never completed kits today & decided on my 1964 Chevy 4x4 Blazer. Started the build in 2002. I shortened a Revell 64 pickup body & put it on a Monogram 4x4 pickup chassis. Still a lot to do,engine, trans, build an interior in the back, bumpers, racks, winch,PAINT,etc.
