Charlie, this is a "giggle" build.........cause that's what I do every time I stop by to check out your progress. Lots of great ideas and creativity going on. The fact that you can pull it off makes it even better. cheers, tim -

I can only echo what others have said Bruce. She's a beauty. congrats on a fine build. cheers, tim -
Words fail me Randy. A truly one of a kinda and inspirational build. There's something here for everyone to admire and to learn from. Next pics you share put a dime or penny next to the engine so everyone can truly appreciate the scale of what you're doing. You're packing in 1/12th and even 1/8th scale level detail into 1/25th.........SUPERB! cheers, tim

I'm enjoying your build fellas. This was/is one of Ferrari's all time great sports racers IMO. Now that today's cars look like spaceships or modern fighter planes it reminds of a simpler period in car design..........but man was this one dominant. No doubt you're enjoying building it as well. cheers, tim -

Paul.........what can I say. The parts / car ALL look fantastic but you're a tease when it comes to details about "methods" etc. Please when you have time share more about the laser cutting of those tiny parts.......who did them for you and with what particular tool would be my first question......which I'm sure will lead to a couple more. So cool to see 1:1 car fab techniques being used in the building of model cars. Will certainly look forward to your next post. cheers, tim -

As always, sooo much goodness contained in your thread Francis. I'm learning some useful tips along the way and will be anxious to give your ideas a try. Lovely build and as always, thanks for taking the time to share the details/methods as you make headway. Cheers, tim -
Nicely done Anthony. cheers, tim

That 7th pic is superb Frank and the paint you've laid down looks to be a carbon copy. Great job so far! cheers, tim

Hello Ian, I just looked at the date of your post..........days afterward, I had to rush my mother to the hospital where they discovered she had stage 4 cancer. She passed away at home 11 days later on Feb. 3. Since then, it's been challenging taking care of her funeral, estate and selling her home. Monday will mark an important date as we close on her house that day. We were close and she'll be greatly missed. A fellow forum member, Dave Ryberg has been a boost mentally & emotionally for me and he's stopped by on a couple of occasions to "talk shop" which truly brings a smile to my face. There have been a few others on the forum that have asked how I'm doing and they too have been most supportive.......I'm grateful to all. I want to get back to building now and if possible, I'll hold off on my hand surgeries till next winter. Cheers to one and all, Tim

Gob-smacked at your latest pics Paul. What a great update, this build is a stunner. cheers, tim -
Always one of my favorite threads to visit. Lovely details you've captured (as usual) and I'll be sure to keep my eye on your progress. Congrats too Charlie and my best regards. Tim

Vohelpe -(wilson) made them myself.......thanks for looking. tim Thanks Mike for also checking it out............hopefully sooner than later. cheers Hi Charlie, I won't bother everyone one what's been going on. I'm as disappointed at my complete lack of progress at this date. My hand surgeries were postponed for a month (mid-Feb now) because of some back issue that blew up on me. Appreciate your thoughts and I'm determined to at least get back for a few hours a week to keep the mojo going..........came too far on this build to just stop right now. cheers to you as well! tim

It's been a while since I've checked in Daniel, nice to see the progress you've made. cheers, tim -
It IS nice to see you back on this build Dave. The new bits are gorgeous (of course) and I love in your stacked tray for the coil etc. Picked up that little detail on your Braille battery tray and securing the cables to it. Nice. I still can't believe how far you've come with that body that you had to work with. It's looking pretty sharp now........far cry from what it was. Congrats! cheers, tim

Mark, Santa has come and gone but your build did not arrive down my chimney. I'm going to blame on the "bomb cyclone" and the delay in mail..........I'm sure it's going to show up soon though. btw, simply superb & sublime build. I'll be looking for the final pics soon and hope you had a Merry Christmas too. cheers, tim

Thanks so much everyone and hope you had the best that Christmas has to offer. Just a note to Dave (comp1839) that Santa's a little miffed and told the elves to get to work making him a sleigh just like yours! cheers, tim
