  2. This show is coming up fast. Great show put on by the KC Slammers model car club. Beautiful convention facility in a suburb of Kansas City. This is a judged show with 300-500 models expected. Vendor area is big and sold out. Saturday June 10th the venue is open 2pm-7pm for contest registration and viewing. At 7pm contest registration is closed and judging starts. Sunday June 11th the venue is open at 9am-3pm for swap meet and model viewing. Awards at 3pm. Please stop by the Model Builders Warehouse tables and say hello! Randy

  4. bottom part of the oil pan... So started work on the wiring harness and made up the generator and starter with solenoid. As this is a front engine car with a rear transaxle the "tranny" is pretty much a clutch cover. That is all for now. Thank you for looking in! Randy

Need a generator and a starter and that funky shaped oil pan with cooling fins...using fairly thick lead sheet stock that is carved for fins to give me that fan shaped curve surface, this idea using the lead sheet came from Straightliner Daniel's dragster build where he used thin lead sheet for an embossed cog blower belt. more....

  16. Carbs continued.... Idle speed adjustment Control levers and linkage.... fuel banjos... made up some springs... Had to give up the idea of having the butterflys working. Just to much friction in all the linkage starting with the gas pedal plus no real springs that small. Thank you for looking in, Randy
