  1. Highly imaginative! Some nice work went into this.
  2. Oh yeah!
  3. Never knew of that option, very cool stuff. Has to be a bit of eye strain in real life, but at least you got real gauges!
  4. ? Exactly why I wanted it! Love me a 69 sport coupe.
  5. Cool interior, the buckets look perfect. I've been mulling over a similar phantom 70 SS. I'm thinking of grafting the round gauge cluster from the 70 Monte Carlo into the Impala dash. Real SS cars have round gauges!
  6. That looks so much more realistic. Nicely done.
  7. Looking good! I really love the color on that finished car; it looks miles deep. Any plans for the top you cut off? I could use it! PM me if it's available.
  8. What kinda paint is she gonna be wearing?
  9. Those Pennsylvania winters must be something to rust a fiberglass body!
  10. Period perfect!
  11. Love the contrast between the body color and the wood tones of the woody. NIIICE!!
  12. I never knew those Testors colors had such large flakes; a real old-school Metalflake look to this that I LOVE! One can see your builds improved with each consecutive finished kit, and this one is so clean, and so NICE! Congrats on a great build.
  13. Paint scheme is eye-catching!
  14. A real beauty here! This body style is under-appreciated. Great build.
  15. For someone that doesn't like foiling, you sure as heck did it RIGHT! Very realistic finishes, and agree with the others; that color is perfect for that car. Congrats on a clean build.
  16. A very nice example of the versatility of acrylics in the right hands. Perfectly realistic.
  17. You described it (the glue) as stringy. You mean it's still soft and/or malleable? If so, you may want to try some "Goof-Off" adhesive remover. It comes in a spray can, you can get it at Wal Mart and other places easy enough. It's fairly mild solvent won't hurt your skin, but it removes many softer adhesives. It's made for removing vinyl decal adhesive residue from old sticker placements.
  18. Since you've reduced its thickness, sounds to me like it would make the perfect size vacu-forming/ stretch forming master.
  19. Oh yeah, that's the one! As much as I like the tumbler for its "outside-the-box-" design, I really do LOVE that DOJ Batmobile, and look forward to seeing you build (and light) that one up. It took me forever and a day to score a good deal on one of those, and I only very recently added it to my stash. I recommend the 1/18 Batpod with Catwoman kit as well.
  20. Interior is especially realistic. Nice job.
  21. Oh yes! Will be watching this one...
  22. Ditto; a really fun build to watch, and well executed! Now, just move on to the newer Batmobile...
  23. Am I the only one that thought it looked cool with the white body?! Nice build.
  24. Very cool stuff!
