  1. What a great example of land yacht beauty and excess! Very nice color, is that something you mixed up or...? Very cool job on saving an oldie AND goody.
  2. Colors are working out very well! I'd be tempted to darken the carpet to more closely mimic the darker tones of the seats; the upholstery looks very nice two-toned in those colors.
  3. Lookin' good in silver! Almost has a bare metal look. Shame about the tail lights.
  4. Good start!
  5. Decals can be a pain, but boy does your green paint look nice! Chassis detail looks good, too. Pretty car!
  6. What a perfect color for the Chevelle! Great looking build, clean and realistic appurtenance. Well done.
  7. Nicely done! +1 on your color, it's a beauty!
  8. Keep the color, maybe a contrasting roof/ Black, or India ivory? Just sayin...?
  9. Maybe too late, and these are earlier body, but i doubt much changed underneath:
  10. That is one sharp pickup! The silver looks quite nice.
  11. Looks absolutely beautiful in black! Haven't seen one built stock in a long time, which is a shame because it can look so good.
  12. Very sharp drag racer! Well done.
  13. Heck yeah, +1 for your color mix! Very cool.
  14. The color is gorgeous, the build is super clean, but it's the realistic metallic finishes that really sell this build for me! Shows how good a simple kit CAN look.
  15. Already looks nice in pearl gold! Following ...
  16. Nice! I like to add a few small details to these over-the-top customs myself. It adds some credibility as a potential real show-rod. Good job on yours!
  17. Ha! not this one, but I do have one or two in the stash! Years ago, K-B Toys stores were blowing these out for $2.99, and i got a couple just for the hot rod parts; wheels/tires, fenders, chrome goodies, etc. I will buy anything plastic; I got issues...?
  18. Takes me longer to BUY one. Inspirational builds!
  19. Yep, that's just KOOL. The green is deep and gorgeous; I gotta borrow that formula! Fun use of spare parts to make a period kustom that looks straight from the "little pages" of the '60s.
  20. Sharp build!
  21. Another beauty! Paint is very well done.
  22. Very cool project!
  23. Good model building happening here! Lots to learn from a project like this, and I applaud your dedication to getting it right.
