  1. Interior and paint look amazing!
  2. Looks good! I like the color a lot.
  3. I usually use them for touch-up on chrome that has been damaged and it comes out awesome. Definitely let it dry for at least a few days before handling. I've played with it a little on trim and it came out well, but I'd just as soon use foil for that.
  4. Excellent scratchbuilding work!
  5. Still need to pick one of these up.
  6. Amazing project. Your detail work is outstanding.
  7. They all look amazing! Great job!
  8. Looks amazing! Great job!
  9. I'll second the Duplicolor primer.
  10. Wow, the headlights look complex. I bet they'll look awesome once they're assembled.
  11. Looks great!
  12. What about the AMT 1969 Cutlass/442 W30? That one's really nice and has poseable steering.
  13. I've used both. Bondic tends to be clearer than regular "clear" 2 part epoxy which tends to have a little bit of a yellow cast. The clear casting epoxy Steve listed above is clear as water and works really well, but the last container I had of it solidified before I could do much with it. You might look into getting a UV nail lamp. Then you could just put the mold in and let it go while you do other stuff.
  14. Sweet!! Must get!
  15. Love the Aussie muscle cars. The Falcon always looks to me like a cross between a Torino and an early 70's mustang.
  16. I do the same thing. You might pick up a container of Alumilite 2 part molding putty. It mixes together like Green Stuff or Milliput, and it stays pliable for about 15 minutes. Once it sets it's like a silicone mold. I just stick them in a drawer when I'm done in case I need another set.
  17. I'm working on one of these now, too! Only problem with mine was the tires were mis-molded so that the tread was concave. I ordered a set of pad printed tires from Carrera Slots.
  18. Crazy! There's not a model out there I'd pay that kind of cash for. Might use that amount for a REAL car, though...
  19. Gonna have to start picking up more of the snap kits. They have cars in those that you don't see anywhere else, or sometimes more accurate than the glue kit. I just ordered one of the build-and-play 2018 Mustangs a few days ago, but it probably wont be the last.
  20. Looks great! Good save!
  21. I'm interested.
