  1. I'm working on one of these now, too! Only problem with mine was the tires were mis-molded so that the tread was concave. I ordered a set of pad printed tires from Carrera Slots.
  2. Crazy! There's not a model out there I'd pay that kind of cash for. Might use that amount for a REAL car, though...
  3. Gonna have to start picking up more of the snap kits. They have cars in those that you don't see anywhere else, or sometimes more accurate than the glue kit. I just ordered one of the build-and-play 2018 Mustangs a few days ago, but it probably wont be the last.
  4. Looks great! Good save!
  5. I'm interested.
  6. I'm going to try this! Thanks!!
  7. Recently got in a Revell 1967 Chevelle SS396 that was put together, but not glue-bombed. It's complete and in good shape. Got a 2018 Mustang "Build-and-Play" coming in from eBay. It was really cheap with free shipping.
  8. I outlined the wedge shapes with a Micron pen so the edges were easier to pick out and then filled them in with semigloss black on mine.
  9. I dumb-lucked into one of these pre-built for fairly cheap. It was in nice enough shape and done well enough that I'm displaying in on my self until I can redo it.
  10. It looks like a nice kit. I might see about digging up a couple of these.
  11. Very nice job!
  12. Looks great to me!
  13. Gonna have to pick those up.
  14. Wow! Beautiful job.
  15. Looks awesome! That's a great tip.
  16. Looks amazing! Great job!
  17. Looks really nice! Great job!
  18. All of my kits from when I was younger are gone. When I moved out of our old home I wasn't able to take them with me, so they were trashed. I've gotten a couple of them replaced that I haven't built yet: Jo-Han 1963 Chrysler Turbine Revellogram 1970 Chevelle SS 454 AMT 1984 Dodge Daytona etc. Wish I could have saved them.
  19. Good idea!
