The real radical cars are still 2dr coupes an such, but DOWNSTAIRS, where the REAL cars are, they got a BUNCH of 'em. The fit all the good engine stuff and wheels and they DO LOOK GOOD even if they got 2 extra doors! If i could find a nice 67 Lincoln 4dr convert like my Moms.Id have that rascal in a hot flash!!!!

  9. Jurgen, we have another member here by that name, who happens to be Austrian, and a freind of mine. HE also has MAD skills when it comes to building accurate models. Maybe that's why your country is the best at makeing toys! ALL you guys must be craftsmen par excelance!!!!
  10. HOLY sh..... Is THAT thing UGLY!!! Glad I NEVER saw one! Yeesh.
  11. I have this kit and the resin repop from Missing Link, and I KNOW i din't pay what you musta paid for a mint unbuilt one for BOTH of mine! Yes, your absolutely right, it's the ONLY ACCURATELY molded 69 in 25th scale. I also have the 1970 Mustang too AND the Missing Link casting too. These are some GREAT kits, and they were so nice, that after I found out Missing Link had BOTH years of them, I went ahead and got the last one of each year that he had! The MPC is 1/27th scale and placed next to one of these is visably MUCH smaller! Gonna be lookin forward to your build up.
  12. I've never even heard of this car, much less seen one. From the picture, there are ALOT of what look like Pontiac Grand Am styling features on it. Was it built on a LeMans/Tempest Chassis or Wheelbase? It does look nice, from what I can see of it.
  13. Export built car that either returned or was never shipped. We used to build export cars at Cadillac for export to Europe or China.
  14. Wow! what a beatiful car! No wonder you wanted it back! You did a FINE job at replicateing it! It came out GREAT!
  15. Rick's a good man. He'sa mem,ber of our club. He is HONEST and forthright. IF you did order something YOU'LL GET IT! Trust him.We ALL have ruff times in life an this one is his. Just hope for the best for HIM, and have patience, he'll come thru!!!!!
  16. Actually, Why does it matter? Are YOU happy with it? the general public does NOT understand the PERSONAL time we spend on our cars. But then, they don't need to.Me, I build for ME! Only family and personal freinds EVER see my builds an the guys in the club. My family is used to them, my grandkids KNOW they are MY toys an NOT to touch them. They are the ONLY folks who's opinions count to me, because THEY KNOW what my models mean to me.
  17. If you do go to useing Superglue for your models, there are a few different types with different properties. Gap filling is, as the name implies is much thicker and DOES fill gaps. Standard superglue is VERY runny, use it with MUCH caution till you get the hang of useing it! And if you want to use it for GLASS, use superglue for GLASS as it WILL NOT fog your plastic glass. It works for regular non clear plastic too. Just some more ammo!
  18. pretty good lookin junkyard ta me! Shoot, i'd even a pulled that header out! Looks Great!
  19. Manny, stay strong for your wife, she's REALLY probably REALLY needing you right now. So sorry for the loss of your daughter. We too have only one child, a daughter, who is my pride and Joy. In fact, I named her Joy, BEFORE she was born. Have faith, my brother, God will not bring you to it, without the strength to get thru it. Have faith.
  20. Dessert Glow looks like "Mary K' pink! It was a funny sight to see 25 Mary K pink Caddy's in a row rollin down the line! Your 58 looks good in that color!
  21. Looks good! just fix that window an go for it!
  22. Oh an you did a very nice job on it. It came our really good!
  23. Is this just a revamped Abrahms? It looks like one, but since it's Japanese I'm assumeing it's their version of our tank.
  24. I have two of those Lindburg Dodge mini vans. One stock, an one that's gonna get the drivetrain from a Dodge Stealth. HOPEFULLY! I sure do like that lil can am lookin van that Bill showed us!
  25. Bill, That was THE prettiest version of that bodystyle. A freind had a white one, with the white Landau half roof and a soft light blue interior with swivel bucket seats. It was the cat's patootie, and it WAS a VERY pretty car! Yeah, Cuz, That would be nice! I'll take one right behind the Grand Am!!!!!
