I'm not a "scale snob" either. In my 1950's car collection, I have an assortment of plastic kits and promos, resin kits and diecasts in 1/24, 1/25 and 1/26 scales because not every car was made in just one scale by all of the various mfgrs.. I take what is available for the cars that I want. The differences in size are not offensive to me nor do they look all that terrible to my eye when lined up together. To each, his own, and we can all agree to disagree.

I was pretty sure that it wasn't just me who has been getting all their annoying emails. While I can appreciate the different detailing techniques by military & ship builders, FSM does nothing for me as a car modeler. While the last issue I received had an article on how to open the trunk of a car...... I did that back in the 90's when Monogram put out the '59 Impala kit. It might be OK for beginner modelers but not for experienced modelers who have been building for 20 or 30 years or longer.

I've been getting sometimes several emails daily from Finescale Modelers (Kalmbach) trying to "get me back" and buy their useless (to me) magazine. I finally added them to my BLOCKED email senders list... Anyone else had that problem too...???
