  1. Excellent job !! I watched these come together and was a little skeptical at first but as your work progressed I saw them turn into real beauties ! I may have missed it , did you say what the colors are ?

  3. Excellent job creating a corrected version of this kit , and the paint really stands out !
  4. Great idea for an altered and the result is excellent !
  5. Thanks very much Steve !
  6. Looks like a nice kit , it turned out very very nice ! Just wondering where you found those nice wheels in that scale ?
  7. Well you're doing a great job at it Pat ! Love the colors you used and the Nail Art decals are a great idea !
  8. Isn't it amazing that a quick build done right out of the box can look so good ? It's great I love it !
  9. Great job on your Baja Humbug , love the color you chose ! I've built a few of these and they really detail nicely especially the engine . The Mexican 999 was Dave Deal's version of the Baja 1000 race .
  10. Very very nicely done ! I like the stock look you've done much better than the Eliminator .
  11. I was mistaken , I built that engine many years ago and it's actually from the Revell '70 Mach I kit .
  12. This one is from Revell's '70 Torino . Edit : I went back and looked and this is actually from the '70 Mach I kit , sorry for the mistake .
  13. Excellent work ! The quart windows and wash on the grille really set this one apart from most !
  14. Very sharp !! The black and gold color combination is a winner !
  15. Very very nice , love the black !!!
  16. Nice !!! That color and those wheels work perfectly !
  17. Agreed ! If you can pull off the paint scheme it will be awesome !
  18. Nice ! I've been hoping to see somebody build this one , I love box art builds !
  19. Even with the Pearl clear it's still gorgeous ! Long and low , my favorite car !
  20. Yeah I forgot about that , the only flat quad headlights I can think of don't have separate bezels . Both the Revell Cutlass kits and the Trans Am kits have the clear lenses but the housings would need to be cut and reworked . At least the Trans Am has chrome housings . Unfortunately these lenses aren't separated like in your pic , those PE bezels look like the way to go !
  21. Try these from the 86 El Camino kits . Pretty sure the Monte Carlo kits are the same . https://www.ebay.com/itm/MODEL-CAR-PARTS-1980-s-El-CAMINO-FRONT-END-WITH-LIGHTS-LENS-1-25-AMT-NEW/382470432305?var=null
  22. Those are very cool ! I remember the show very well and you've nailed the look of the Jeeps !
  23. With the reshaped fenders and the issues you had it turned out pretty nice ! The top is a little too shiny for my tastes but otherwise I like it . . . and you really should install the mirrors and door handles . Very nice job !
