  1. Photo Bucket..... and Chocolate. Hmm... I wonder if there is a correlation there. Do all fotki users lack properly functioning tastebuds?
  2. The Oilers would be proud.
  3. John Terresi did this one a few years ago; You might check out his thread for some painting tips. http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/75054-31-nash-way-beyond-rat-fiink-coupe-new-project-5913/?page=1 Yours is looking good so far.
  4. That is the most creative display base I have ever seen. And it solved the stance issue quite nicely.
  5. My thoughts exactly.
  6. I have really been enjoying this thread....for a long, long time. LOL. It's nice to see someone who builds at the same pace that I do. But seriously, I really like the stance and that '57 chevy front end swap was genius. If you still haven't picked an engine, might I suggest a flattie with ardun heads and maybe a scott blower ? I think it would suit the character of the build so far.
  7. I really like that color. And that deeeeeep shine.
  8. Nice chop.
  9. WOW! I love that color. What do you thin your nail polish with?
  10. I'm hoping if I bump this maybe it will inspire you to Get Back to Work !!! Seriously, Bill, I'm loving what your doing here and I need more. Please.
  11. These 1:32 kits are great for a change of pace, aren't they ? It looks like you had fun with this one. Good job! By the way, are you telling us that you BMF'd the wheels ?! If so, I'm impressed!
  12. The beautiful design and concept is well matched by your flawless execution. I too would like to have a real one sitting in my driveway.
  13. That's awesome! The salt/crushed glass is a very nice touch. Do you just use a hammer to crush the glass this fine?
  14. I have a profound appreciation for the F1 cars of this era. The sleek, functional simplicity made these cars things of beauty. You have, very capably, captured the true essence of this automotive sculpture. Bravo!
  15. Exceptional model. I really love the globe and anchor badging; Semper Fi'. What is that beautiful color, by the way ?
  16. I'm not a shoebox fan, but I can certainly appreciate the workmanship in this example. Nicely done.
  17. Beautiful model of a beautiful car. The colors suit the subject very well.
  18. Pretty tasty for a snapper. Did you do the dead man's tail lights or did it came that way?
  19. I agree with the others. Nice build of a mean lookin' machine. One minor quibble though: why not a tube bumper in the rear to match the front? Seems to me it would make more sense on a hard core shredder like this beastie.
  20. Nicely done. Very convincing; especially the, often overlooked, debris on the floor board.
  21. Clean build and nice color.
  22. I think that's a horn.
  23. I was going to clean off my bench, but I couldn't find it; so I just built a new one.
  24. Bill, if you can get your hands on the winter 2015 issue (#44) of Traditional Rod & Kulture, I think you might find some inspiration on page 24. Or just Google Jerry Wolfe Alward.
