Wow - that is a clean build!

My version of the Revell '32 5-Window coupe. -Olive Drab paint w/Testors Lacquer -some engine wiring -detailed interior - complete with "leather" upholstery and piping, using Model Factory Hiro products -scratch built side view mirror -the hood straps are made from scrap "leather" upholstery w/PE buckles

This is a build that almost never was. It started as an eBay purchase gone wrong - a glue bomb that was advertised as "complete" & "some minor, partial assembly". I was going to throw out the model when I decided to attempt my first "Chop". This is the result -chopped top (obviously) -stretched hood to accommodate the rake of the grill -scratch built vent on the cowl -grafted the trunk from the Revell 5-window kit (No - its not a direct fit!!) -resin wheels+tires -everything else was sourced from my "parts box" Finish is flat black, over red oxide primer, over matt aluminum BMF

Very nice! I love the body lines of the '53-'56 Ford pic ups - this build conirms it. I also have an unusual love for this kit, which I shouldn't considering how much work it is to get soemthign nice out of it. Guess it’s a good exercise in skill and patience. Anyways - If your wife is going to keep producing nice builds like this, tell her to get her own account and joing the community!

Nice work - reall creative! I've heard several times over that the L700 is a PITA to build, so it make me appreciate this build that much more.

Nice work so far - looks just like every other '78 Ford pick up I've ever seen! I thought they all came from the factory with rust and miss matched body panels until I was 10 years old!

Nice, clean, and shinny - makes for a great build! Add a couple of dood dings and some scrapes on the bumpers, it would look like every other Vic parked at my local Wal Mart! Seriously - nice work
