  2. I have no problems when someone posts a picture in my build thread. I do think its in poor taste when someone starts talking about subject matter that has NO bearing on the subject at hand

    VERY cool. One of my all time favorite cars. My 16 year old daughter built one last year. But I have another one for myself

  6. i dont know if theres any truth to it....but i was told the reason the 71 road runner kit has remained mia is due to licensing issues

  9. After reading this ,,, the 1st thing I thought of is chances are the one complaining is the one car with trunk full of trophies at a car show . Neither of which I have any use for. The 1/1 stuff I do is for paying clients, the models I build for me and me alone
  10. I just use duplicolor or plastocote engine enamels on all my builds. Sprayed right from the can

  12. How about the MPC 1971 Roadrunner kit ? ,,,or maybe the 1972 GMC / Chevrolet pickups been some time since they were last released. I'd buy a few of each
  13. Outstanding. I assume the sides are decals and top artwork is paint ? if so what colors did you use ,,it looks like it matches the side pretty well
  14. I haven't seen the Buick, But I do follow the 72 Charger build . Its just sometimes I don't comment. either way, I wouldn't worry about it. Build for yourself not public attention
  15. I dont do it edit, Unless I am trying to get a point across . Sometimes pictures really ARE worth a thousand words
  16. I've got this one on the bench now . But I think I painted maybe 10 years ago,,,,give or take a year or 2. I dug it back out here a few weeks ago in hopes to remove another long stalled project into the done display case sooner than later.
  17. I seem to remember there is/was an Australian version based Holden that is very similar to the newer Camaro that's an El Camino looking thing ?

  23. Take a handfull of flat sided toothpicks and stick them to self adhesive DA sand paper . Then with a sharp Xacto knife cut them along the sides of the toothpick,,,,'tada' instant miniature sanding files
