Kmb0319 Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 (edited) 2018 was a STRANGE year. Two jobs, tons of stress and family issues, some major changes, and a big two-week trip in the middle of it all. Things are stabilized as we go into 2019, and I’m happy to put this past year in the books. I didn’t think I’d do a year retrospective album... with all that was going on and launching into a big new job in October, I couldn’t really remember doing much this past year. But, I looked at my shelf today and lo and behold, I built a lot more than I thought I did. And two of them... my 69 Camaro Convertible and my year-long project to make something realistic out of the MPC 72 GTO are some of my best work. Those have a place of honor in my collection. This will also be my last year of this number of builds. I won’t have as much time, so I’ll focus on building fewer kits with more details. Anyway, Happy Holidays everyone and here’s to 2019! TooOld Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 You accomplished a lot and built a bunch of models too , they all look great !
bbowser Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Great looking group, I'm partial to the Monte Carlo!
mangodart Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Good job, I like the 71/72 GTO and the 'vert Camaro !!
Geno Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Those are awesome Kevin, I especially like that '72 Goat.
Tom Geiger Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Very nice annual fleet! That's nine models, a lot more than most of the guys on this board!
espo Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 I really like how you build your muscle Cars. The Challengers all looks great, but I like the dark Red one the best. Very partial to the Monte Carlo both the model and the 1:1's. Don't get to see enough of the later model GTO's like the one you built. Good that everything else is coming together for you both.
Dragonhawk1066 Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 A lot of great looking builds there!
Sport Suburban Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 They are all very nice! I just can’t pick a favorite!
vamach1 Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 Love the Shelby and all the others. I wish I could say I built half as many. I have to stop starting on too many projects at once and not getting them completed. Perhaps my resolution will be too make a list of what I have in progress and set a goal to finish them one by one. Plus that and I need to lose 30 pounds too.
NYLIBUD Posted December 27, 2018 Posted December 27, 2018 (edited) Oh wow, excellent job on all your cars.I especially like the dark gray GTX.As well as the Judge. What a Great color. Edited December 27, 2018 by NYLIBUD
