Scale Rodder Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Johan rebuild Fury kit with Amt boat + trailer. Modelhaus glass and bumbers. Engine is 63 Ford Big Block but engine bay have no special items so hood keep closed. Some modifications are tires/wheels, boat window frame and surf board on the roof rack make this car like a Surf Wagon. Happy beach life.
shoopdog Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Extremely nice pair! That Fury will sure get you to the lake quickly.
TooOld Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 (edited) Very cool looking wagon , looks even better towing that boat ! Where did you find that roof rack ? Edited December 21, 2020 by TooOld
cobraman Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Very cool models, they look great together.
espo Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Great looking combination. The boat kit builds up to look like a Crist Craft from the same time period as the wagon. Besides the quality finishes on both I like how you did the things like the Receiver Hitch and the Roof Rack.
Smitty Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Sorry to be unoriginal but cool is definitely the word. Just the thing for a day at the beach, as long as you don't mind lots of attention!

Thanks. I fit together Amt 59 Camino bed rails and something red plastic wood part, maybe from Monogram 40 ford pick up kit. I`m not sure.
e30lover Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Lovely looking wagon and boat! The colors are perfect!

Can-Con Posted December 21, 2020 Posted December 21, 2020 Cool. I painted mine the same colors but haven't worked on it in over 10 years. BTW, what's your name buddy? I"m not gonna call you "scale".
bbowser Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 Wow! Great paint and foil, perfect colors. Well done indeed.

doorsovdoon Posted December 22, 2020 Posted December 22, 2020 Boy, that's sweet. Definitely an attention grabber! I love it. Don't know what would be more thrilling, catching that perfect wave or the drive there, haha.
