That is one kewl looking 40 Dodge pickup.  Looks spot on to the 1:1.  Great job on the weathering look.  The wheels, the stance, and the pipes give it that WOW factor.  Great job.

Very realistic looking patina finish. I like the fender dents as well as the door and other body parts that show wear. From the duel exhaust stacks I think something a little more powerful than the flathead inline 6 is under the hood.

Absolutely fantastic!! What did you use as the basis for this? Having just sold my 1:1 (pic's below), I'd love to recreate it in scale. Beautiful work, my friend!!

Hi Pat, very cool looking truck! The patina  is spot on. I would also like to know the source for this kit, it’s a beauty.

It's a Ertl Die-cast.  I mounted the headlight down like a 40 and used a 50 Chevies bed sides.
