Took my '68 Dodge Coronet R/T to the NordiCon show in Inver Grove Heights Minnesota last weekend, so now I think it's time for it to go to it's final resting place in my display cabinet.

It has made the local show circuit in my area, and will likely be retired from any more shows, barring some unforeseen events.

It has done very well for me this year. :)

This time it took a gold in the factory stock category, as well as a special award for "Best Engineering and Detail".

I can see why you won that best detail award.  That is some fantastic work and in your outdoor shots there is a very 1:1 look to the build. Extremely nice work.

Congratulations on some fantastic wins! Gorgeous MOPAR! I'd say it has earned a resting spot in the display. Maybe more folks can see it, and your other fabulous builds, when you start offering guided tours of your hobby lair! I'll buy a ticket!!

not only is this a fantastic display of your talent, it's also an inspiration to better oneself, at least it is for me. I wish I could be as skillful as you. I'm glad you posted it. Congrats on a well deserved prize.

You're one of the few builders whose work is regularly difficult to distinguish from the real thing, even when carefully examined.

I never tire of seeing what you can achieve in this scale, and I'm always inspired.

Congrats for your well deserved recognition.

Nicely done!

I was following your build on one of the Facebook model building pages.

your build rings home with me, as I have a 1:1 version of that car.

I have a virgin 1968 MPC, but I can’t bring myself to build it.
