Cool Hand Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 (edited) Completed this awhile ago, just never got around to posting it here. What an excellent kit, thoroughly enjoyed building it, assembly was straight forward with no issue's. Not really into Gassers. But I really like how this build turned out, especially the SMS paint. Thanks to Tim Boyd for his preview and review of this kit as thats what convinced me to invest in a couple kits. Pretty much oob, I just lowered the stance, added plug wires. '70 Grande Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 I've never really been a fan of color-shifting paint but this build is probably the best 1/25-version of it that I have ever seen! All other aspects of your build are excellent as well... outstandingly done! 1
Zippi Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Man, that turned out pretty nice dude. Great job. 1
cobraman Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 You built yourself one heck of a model there, very nice ! 1
Dennis Lacy Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Definitely my favorite one of these Moebius 65’s I’ve seen built so far. The paint and workmanship are awesome but what I love the most is how you finished the wheels. They look killer! 1
Dragonhawk1066 Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Outstanding! Great effects on the color-shift paint! 1
happy grumpy Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 Beautiful build, it's so clean, great photogaphy and attention to details. 1
70 Sting Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 I don’t think it can be built any better than that. Paint, engine, chrome, wheels.? 1
XYHARRY Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 Very clean Chevy I I Luke. Colour shift paint is super smooth but my favourite thing about it is what you did with the wheels. Brilliant. Cheers, David. ?? 1
espo Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 Like the really clean assembly and trim. The color shifting paint looks good on this as well. 1
slusher Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 Impressive model, I always like your builds! Paint looks fantastic! 1
echo Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 Not a fan of the color shifting paint but yours works for me. All around nice build, even if it's an out of the box build, your clean building style makes it one of the nicer builds of this kit. You should be proud of it. 1
Bainford Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Very clean little Chevy, Luke. Nice style. I like it! 1
1972coronet Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Quite nice! I especially like the rims; hopefully mine will come out as nicely as yours. Keep 'em coming! 1
DanL Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 Nice build... I'm in the middle of building this kit. Your paint reminds me Sepia Metallic from BMW Cheers Dan 1
NOBLNG Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 Beautiful work!? I too have never been a fan of the color shifting paint, but it really looks great on this one. Love the detailing on the wheels too. 1
Joe Nunes Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 Very effective details to augment the color shift paint. Nice work! ? Joe 1
