Would you mind telling me which exact paint (ex: Model Master #1319) you used?  I've been looking for that shade for an upcoming build but hadn't seen anything close.

It’s Mission Models Iridescent Turquoise. MMP-151. Shot over white primer and Mission Models clear. Their paint is great to work with.
