I was the only bidder on this kit on eBay, which arrived immaculately wrapped and packaged (almost mummified)…

Twenty something bucks - contained the kit on the box art (a four-in-one including a roadster pickup variation), plus a complete molded-in-red AMT Model A roadster packed  carefully in the same box too.  Score!

And finally, purchase 15 of 15 was again an homage to the many beautiful 30's Ford woody's I saw in early issues of Hot Rod Magazine. For this creation, I went with a Monogram "Fat Fendered" '37 Ford, along with a resin chopped woody body I found on ebay.

The body meets up just about perfectly with the one-piece fenders and body pan.

I bought this for $10 but did not know what kind of car it was. I asked you guys and it’s a 1933 caddy v16 . I love this site . I had no idea what kind of car it was and asked . The knowledge of people here is amazing. Know nothing about how it fits or  the quality of the kit but it seemed kind of cool. I built a monogram duesenberg kit and really liked it. These are not my usual builds but I really liked the challenges and the change is nice..

I recently picked up this group of eight survivors. Seven are basically stock and one has had a major mod.

I really don't know just yet Carl.  I've got so many kits in my stash it's hard to pick one.

Here's the latest toy show glue bomb I bought, a couple months ago. '61 (?) Ranchero promo, mild custom. The black paint looks pretty well done and I think it will polish out nicely. I'm not wild about the red bed, but I can fix that with some rattlecan matte or semigloss black. The bullet taillights are not to my taste, but those can be easily replaced. Could use some better wheels and tires, too. And of course it needs a grille of some kind, but I should be able to come up with something--the custom front and rear pans mean I can put just about anything that will fit in there, or even scratchbuild a "tube" grille. Looking forward to making this my first post-stroke Snake-Fu "rescue." B)

Now THAT’s some cool stuff!

There’s a few bucks worth of plastic there!

Sometimes the choice is easy, when we get excited about a new purchase..

I have, today, been gifted this collection of parts and built ups. There’s no way I will ever get through the parts and I have no use for the built items.

Oh man, I really like that kind of gift!  You might be surprised at what you find in those parts.  ?
