cobraman Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 Forgot that this arrived yesterday from France . Small pewter Cobra. N gauge ? Shown with a Greenlight Cobra to show scale .
ewetwo Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 My neighbors picked these up for me because I watch their house when they go on vacation. The Vette is complete but the Chrysler is missing 3 things.

Thanks for letting me know. I'm looking forward to building it and I think I bought some paint yesterday that is about the same coral. It was meant to be I guess.

ChrisBcritter Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 I got me a Chrysler, it looks a bit crummy But, at least, it didn't cost too much money! For years I've said someone should make resin copies of the stock wheelcovers and grille for this kit, so you can build the reissued one as a stocker. Well, if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself...
cobraman Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 This came today . Wanted something different than what normally do .

You can get good replacement decals from indycals.com That era F1 car was pretty amazing. They had 90 Cubic Inch engines, this car had 1300bhp in qualifying.
935k3 Posted February 2, 2019 Posted February 2, 2019 This came from HLJ today. I am still waiting for the detail set.

stitchdup Posted February 2, 2019 Posted February 2, 2019 Got this yesterday (pic from internet) I also got some sprue/pe cutters and metal colour paints from one of the warcraft/warhammer type shops (note to self- do not go in there when they have a game on)

lordairgtar Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 (edited) Got this kit from another member of the model club I belong to. 1970 Grand Prix by MPC. All minty fresh inside the box. Chrome is like new and even has the two snow tires still in the box. Pick from internet. $125.00, but when ya see'em, ya gotta buy'em. Edited February 3, 2019 by lordairgtar
