My neighbors picked these up for me because I watch their house when they go on vacation. The Vette is complete but the Chrysler is missing 3 things.

Good to hear that Carl. Thanks for letting me know. I'm looking forward to building it and I think I bought some paint yesterday that is about the same coral. It was meant to be I guess.

I got me a Chrysler, it looks a bit crummy

But, at least, it didn't cost too much money!

For years I've said someone should make resin copies of the stock wheelcovers and grille for this kit, so you can build the reissued one as a stocker. Well, if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself...

Guy on eBay sells in bulk. The solid round stock is great for forming.

Nice one. You can get good replacement decals from indycals.com  That era F1 car was pretty amazing. They had 90 Cubic Inch engines, this car had 1300bhp in qualifying.

If you NEED one, and can find one, get one. Beemax sold out on their end in about 10 days. There's a planned 2nd run in April.

Thanks Dale. I may need a set as these have yellowed. I'll try the window trick to see if I can bring them back.

I also got some sprue/pe cutters and metal colour paints from one of the warcraft/warhammer type shops (note to self- do not go in there when they have a game on)

All were sealed, except the 57 Chevy. It's all there, just missing the instruction's.

Nice scores, I dont have any of the other kits but the box art on the monte does it no favours, the kit is much better than the art

Lucky dog, I have a weakness for the over the top MPC creations of that era.

Got this kit from another member of the model club I belong to. 1970 Grand Prix by MPC. All minty fresh inside the box. Chrome is like new and even has the two snow tires still in the box. Pick from internet. image.png.d4966f7dc10504f830d5e1195af52123.png $125.00, but when ya see'em, ya gotta buy'em.
