JunkPile
I think that is just a car with an unfinished paint job. Not a Rat Rod
High octane
Rods are '48 and earlier.
Austin T
I think the correct tern for this is a "Beater".Kinda reminds me of the junkers on GTA IV.
Rob McKee
I just want to know what happened to this car?
Erik Smith
I think that is just a car with an unfinished paint job. Not a Rat Rod It's not unfinished, it's de-finished. Really? Is this what it's come too? Does this signal the end of the lets-make-my-hundred-grand-car-look-old-on-purpose nonsense? I hope so.
JunkPile
The crusher would (should) be the de-finish of it Edited December 27, 2012 by JunkPile
Joe Handley
I just want to know what happened to this car? It was bought by an idiot with more time and sandpaper than brains and sense.
Luc Janssens
Nah you guys are all wrong, the guy was trying to polish his car, but he forgot to replace the sanding disk on his power tool...
Deano
Builder says it was done because no one else has the gonads to do it. I think it's more like no one else is stupid enough; supposedly a $150,000 car.
Chuck Most
At least it doesn't look like the love child of a '69 Camaro and a rubber door stop anymore. Wait, no, it still does...
slusher
That really just looks bad. Why would you do that?
Jantrix
I like rat rods. I like patina'd rods. I like beaters, works-in-progress, whatever you want to call them. But this is just pointless. I dearly hope this turns into a $150,000 turkey he can't sell.

Draggon
That might be cool if they had done a decent job on the "paint". Something more like this.
bbowser
What could possibly get a late-model Camaro to $150K? Is it a Lingenfelter twin-turbo with gold plated foot pedals?
wisdonm
Great. They don't look good new, and won't improve with age. Edited December 27, 2012 by wisdonm
cobraman
I was wondering about the 150k also. Did they pour 100k down the exhaust pipes ?
signguy2108
What is the saying, "You can't fix stupid!. Sand the paint off and set it out in the rain. I think I'll start a new business!!! And, what makes a rat rod worth $25,000 when a person decides to sell it?
Joe Handley
I was wondering about the 150k also. Did they pour 100k down the exhaust pipes ? It has a bunch of motor in it and probably a bunch of chassis work. I am reminded of something Dolly Parton has been know to say in relation to her surgeries though..............."It takes a lot of money to look this cheap!" Sam I Am
Great. They don't look good new, and won't improve with age. My sentiments as well Don. Chevy really laid an egg with the Camaro. The Challenger and Mustang are soooo much better as retro styled cars.
