Danny Lectro Posted October 7, 2015 Posted October 7, 2015 This morning, I saw a clean Datsun 280Z in black, driving through midtown Manhattan. No photos, I was too busy ogling to get out my phone.
250 Testa Rossa Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 On my way home from the mechanics, I saw an old 1962 Chrysler Imperial four-door sedan parked on the side of the road.
forthlin Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 No pics but I saw a gorgeous '56 Mercury at a Hardees.
Danno Posted October 8, 2015 Posted October 8, 2015 Crackerjack highway striping crew at the pinnacle of its career.

Foxer Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Crackerjack highway striping crew at the pinnacle of its career. That never happened in the brush painting days
Crazy Ed Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 That never happened in the brush painting days You're Right there. The Painter woulda stopped n tossed Dinner into the Truck!
sbvwfanatic Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 Spotted a McLaren 12C Spider, yesterday, driving through my neighborhood. See quite a few exotics in Santa Barbara on a regular basis but the Mclaren is a rarity.
MrObsessive Posted October 9, 2015 Posted October 9, 2015 ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL 1954 Chevy Bel Air convertible on I-70 West on my way here to Dayton, OH! He was cruising along at a pretty good clip too! Not bad for that old Stove Bolt Six! I was going too fast in my own ride to take a pic!
The70judgeman Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 I'm not an AMC fan, but today as I pulled into my local Menard's there was a white and blown Javalin leaving. Didn't have time to get my phone out to snap a pic or vid of it before he was out of there. Sounded pretty good though.
Joe Handley Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Saw one of these in the Chicago Suburb of St. Charles in front of the Arcada Theater on my way home from work tonight, kinda surprised to see it here, normally I would see these running around Branson, MO where George Harrison's sister backs a Beatles tribute show. Oddly, the one I saw had Illinois plates, and at least at one time, Harrison's Sister was living here in Illinois, so I wonder if she was in town and that was her's.
Aaronw Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 (edited) I now have a reason to get the Fujimi Toyota Prius Model Edited October 10, 2015 by Aaronw
Joe Handley Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 I've seen a couple Police Prius sedans, I think they are Campus Cops for Northwestern University, just looks strange to see a Prius with police lights and graphics though.
Atmobil Posted October 10, 2015 Posted October 10, 2015 Haha, that I had not expected to see I have the Fujimi kit and it looks like a very good one. The windows sit flush in the body with a fit that is so good that one could probably get them to stick withouth glue.
Pete J. Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 HOLY BAT CAR ! Ok, now here is one you don't see every day. My son actually got this yesterday driving through La Costa in a residential neighborhood. Only in SoCal!
RancheroSteve Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 A McLaren 12C pulling out of a parking lot while I was waiting for the light:
Tom Geiger Posted October 12, 2015 Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) On Lancaster Avenue, Devon, Pennsylvania And this! Photo came out pretty good for a quick moving shot. Edited October 12, 2015 by Tom Geiger
MrObsessive Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Finally had my cell phone at the ready! I saw this on my way home from work just a couple blocks from my house. It's parked in front of a Doctor's office. I'm not sure if the Doc owns it or what as I've seen this parked there all the time on the drive home. Definitely a chop job on the roof, and looks like a fabric sunroof was put in. This looks to be a later model VW-------weren't sliding fabric sunroofs discontinued around 1966 or so?

This looks to be a later model VW-------weren't sliding fabric sunroofs discontinued around 1966 or so?It has the painted bumpers with directionals in them... South American / Mexican VW? There were a lot of them smuggled in with older US titles.Or were the bumpers and soft top kit readily available aftermarket?
SSNJim Posted October 16, 2015 Posted October 16, 2015 Saw a bright yellow Lamborghini Murcielago(?) roadster yesterday, and a 1966 Chrysler today, probably a 300, on K St. NW in DC.
