Plowboy
Actually, it's a '61 with a '60 grille (with a little change to it). This little model was a rough restore! It had been painted with a hot lacquer inside and out. While I managed to remove the paint pretty cleanly, I had to do a ton of sanding to get the body smooth again. I gave up on trying to salvage the chrome on the side of the body and shaved it. I did manage to keep the scripts. I didn't bother with the interior much. Just replaced the dash and steering wheel along with adding an automatic floor shifter. The rest was just paint and detail. The body is in Model Masters Diamond Green with a coat of Tamiya Pearl and clear. The interior is in Dupli Color Bright Aqua and black. Wheels are Pegasus Shueys with Pegasus disc brakes. It's a simple little model. But, it came out just like the vision I had for it. Thanx for checking it out!

Snake45
Very nice, very clean! Looks like it could have been a cover car on the old '90s magazine Custom Rodder.

OldTrucker
Sweet little Falcon! I wish the green showed up better on my computer! It's such a great color! I love the first generation Falcons. My uncle Ray had one and would let me drive it in the country when I was like 11 years old!
