  1. Love how this one turned out James. ?
  2. Love the colors, the modifications, and the super clean execution. Awesome truck!
  3. WoW!! That is one wild looking rig. I never knew of this release. Great job Al !
  4. Beautiful car. GM actually did a one off prototype based on the Catalina but never put it into production. It was restored and auctioned off in 2018 at a Mecum auction.
  5. Looks better than the "laying frame" look. ?
  6. That turned out great. Gives me an idea on what to do with the leftover parts I have from an old rebuilder.
  7. His other car must be a hybrid. ?
  8. I saw this today on the road.....somedays I just hate my job.
  9. When I first saw it pull into the post office parking lot it was in the shade so all I saw was this chocolate brown mustang with those big black wheels...?
  10. I love first gen Mustangs, but I felt sorry for this one.
  11. Low....ri....der Can't get it out of my head now. ?
  12. Thanks for the comments guys. I have been super busy for awhile now but managed to find the bench for a few minutes anyway. Interior finished up and the cab mounted.
  13. That is one wicked Camaro. I love it !!
  14. That is perfect. Love it ! The first dirt car I built is a 40 Ford.
  15. Very nice! I hope mine comes out this nice. I have a Fred's body and am using the AMT 37 Chevy chassis.
  16. There is some unbelievable work...and subjects being put together. Just wanted to let everyone know that I have not flaked...yet. lol I am getting my big rig community build project finished up before diving into this one. I have been collecting parts though. Some things have changed along the way, as builds usually do. The twin turbocharged big block arrived from Canada, and I found some C4 Corvette suspension to use. Wheel/tire combo has yet to be determined. Just so ya all know, this baby is gonna scream! I don't think you'all will even see my taillights until you hit California....and I am parked at the finish line with a cold snack in my hand.
  17. I have leftover parts as well. Glad to see another one built, and the short chassis is a great idea.
  18. That is unbelievable. Not only did you go with a different scale than what most build, you also picked a very unique direction for the build. The attention to detail and (almost) ? flawless execution is stunning. I have been collecting larger scale subjects for a number of years now (which this is one of...and needs a few parts also) and just built my first 1/8 last year. Now that my feet are wet, I plan on another one later on this year.
  19. Speechless...
  20. Looks great.
